Natasha was great, very friendly, helpful, no complaints about the service. The food was a little inconsistent. Half my beef was cooked perfectly the other half was very tough. My side of veggies had what looked to be rotten cauliflower in it and the lettuce in both our side salads were turning a little orange.

That night we had the pleasant experience of being served by Natalie, who made our evening even more special. All the restaurant staff are friendly, but today the service was even more special. The food was, as always, excellent, and the restaurant and grounds were clean and tidy.
Swiss Chalet is a family favourite and today’s visit didn’t disappoint. Nars was friendly and made us aware of the menu features, including the holiday specials. The food was delivered quickly and delicious! Nars was very accommodating when we asked for our dessert to be be boxed up. Thanks for another great visit!
