The friendliest service I've experienced from any food service! The staff here are so kind and welcoming, it really feels like they care about giving you the best service and best drinks. The drinks were very good, definitely will be coming back!

Pleasantly surprised, will definitely be back and try more. She clearly she loves what she does. I ordered a strawberry lime green tea and LOVED it, will crave it again I'm sure. Also got the oreo milk tea and it was really good, my husband loved it. While I was sitting down enjoying my drink she offered a big cup of Sakura green tea to taste and I really enjoyed it as well. Super refreshing teas made with care and less expensive than lower quality chains. It's inside the basil box but glad I didn't give up looking for it. The sign needs to be more visible on the outside. Parking was tough because I went on a weekday afternoon so it was lunch time at the office park. Will certainly be returning. Saw stickers for skip the dishes and uber eats so can order for delivery too! I also noticed they have daily specials for different days of the week that are less than $5 that day! Hidden gem!

Parking: It's inside the basil box, busy parking because of the office park but elsewhere in the plaza is a brief walk and lots of parking available.

I discovered this place via Google Maps when I was in the area and typed in Bubble Tea store. I don't think I would have known it was here otherwise as it is tucked into the side of a Basil Box restaurant. The space is airy and spacious and you have tables and seating available while you wait. It is very quiet but that's fine by me! You can catch WiFi from Basil Box and there is a large and small sized bathroom.I was acknowledged upon entering by the one lady on staff as she prepend 2 drinks for a couple. Immediately, a delivery guy arrived for the next order, which is also prepared and acknowledged I was next. I appreciated that although she was busy she took the time to sign to me that I would be next after the delivery guy.Once it was my turn, she took the time to describe the options since it was my first time. I also appreciated that when I asked for a milk alternative, she informed me there would be an extra cost. Some stores don't do that and I find it annoying when there are extra hidden costs and they don't tell you about them.Because I had arrived at a busy time and had to wait she offered to waive the milk alternative fee, which she did not have to do, I found that extra special great service. I gave her a nice tip as a thank youI ordered the classic TaseT Bubble Milk Tea made with Oat milk. The regular sweetness level was perfect. It was served quickly. I ordered it hot and it was served at the perfect temperature. It included tapioca pearls. My only comment is that I would have liked to have a slightly larger quantity of pearls.The taste of the tea itself was delicious. Better than some fancy milk teas at other stores. Finally, the price for a regular size was the most affordable around.All in all a great experience and my new secret favourite place. I will be back to try other hot flavours through the winter time and tasty fruit flavours when it gets hot this summer.Thank you for your kindness and service with a smile. Love this place! My family and I have been coming here for awhile now. We usually get real fruit mango slush and grapefruit lychee four season tea with coconut jelly. I always adjust the sugar level on the grapefruit tea and they never disappoint! The best part is the lady that serves us always remember what we order and she's always friendly. Would highly recommend!

I ordered via Uber, did not receive 2 straws for the 4 bubble teas we ordered, and when I reported this issue upon receipt of the drinks, someone responded with two excuses: First, that they can't do anything about it since they rec’d the issue past 48 hrs (untrue), second, that it's our responsibility to request for utensils in the future. Horrible service.

Good bubble tea restaurant, but the location is really too quiet. There are seats that allow you to drink comfortably. Only one staff serve. She manages to handle 5 or 6 orders together in order, but we still need to wait.I tried Sakura Lime Green Tea. The taste is quite unnatural and a bit too sweet. I ordered the minimal sweet level that I can order - 25%.

Honestly the best bubble tea I've had anywhere in the GTA.Definetly recommend the tropical blast; real grape fruit pulp, delicious sago balls, and fresh mango.Nice to see a place using real ingredients instead of powders.

This place is amazing, would highly recommend the grapefruit lychee green tea, peach green tea or lychee green tea.

Got the taro milk tea which was really good. Order it as regular sugar and regular ice otherwise it’ll be room temperature. Also tried the signature tasteT Tea which was nice as well. Tapioca was good. They have some off menu items as well would like to try that for desert

I came here on a whim because one the bubble teas i wanted to go to, didnt have tapioca, and i discovered this place on the way. I dont regret coming here at all. I ordered the brown sugar tofu pudding bbt and it's honestly really good. There are a lot of bbt places where the brown sugar is just very milky but this wasn't like that at all. The taro-sago was really good too and taro was the perfect flavor. Apologies for the photo, we were super thirsty but definitely hit the spot!

Our family has been here a few times already in the past month. The quality of the tea and texture of the tapioca are always consistent. Definitely one of our favorite bubble tea places. Kids also love the mango slush and taro coconut.
