Great option if you don’t want to cook. My to go place. The staff Jelyn and JoJo are always friendly and makes sure your order is exactly what you want. It’s a clean place too. I’m never disappointed with my meal. It’s made to perfection. Healthy and perfect portions.
Side note: extra vegs, protein etc does cost extra as many places charge as well.
I’ve seen customers get mad at them because they have to pay for more. Don’t go in thetr thinking you’re entitled people ( to those) they are doing their job and don’t make the rules. They don’t need the attitude when they are working hard to cook meals for you.

I always go to this place during my lunch break. It’s worth the wait during rush hour because the food is great. Although it is not a fast food they cook fast to accommodate all of the customers who are waiting. Thumbs up to the staffs here who cooks so fast. They are very friendly too. They maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant especially the washroom.

If this location is a local one for you like it is for me... I rather make the drive down to another location. The Philippines lady there, I think she's the manager, has terrible customer service has always given terrible attitude and has shown obvious discrimination towards me as a woman of color and hijab compared to other customers she was serving. The portions are so cheap even paying for double she will argue this is double when it's only few more pieces of the stir fry beef...Always unable to make substitutions and will not accommodate to customers needs. In fact she did not allow her employee to help bring me food to the table as my child was in the high chair. Overall, terrible experience. Not once but every time I went there....

Very cheap with the vegetables and try to give all rice no vegetables…..trying to rip off the customer with no care for giving what people pay for…. Cheap with all sauces … fill hot sauce with 1/8 container….awful rip off artists……Very cold people …. No customer service skills … avoid this place!!!! Find alternate location

You guys must be out of your minds. $50 for a ginger beef and tofu bowl with 2 pops. You guys should be out of business charging that for a takeout chain.

I've been a loyal customer of this brand since its "Made in Japan" days, and I'm happy to say that Teriyaki Experience has kept the flame burning bright. This new location and apparently headquarters, feels like the epicenter of teriyaki goodness, with a bustling energy and friendly staff who seem to know your order before you even place it mind readers, I swear! 🔮

While the core menu items are consistently delicious, I'm a big fan of their recent additions. Those sesame seeds and red hot chili peppers add a delightful kick to the classic flavours. It's like a little flavour party in your mouth!

If you're a teriyaki enthusiast, this place is recommended. Just be prepared to leave with a satisfied smile and a full belly.

Very good! Double beef with ginger sesame sauce on rice with broccoli, red peppers, and mushrooms. I like! 👍
