I wish I would have gotten the name of the lady helping me, she was super helpful and friendly. I wasn’t too knowledgeable on the different noodles types, tastes and flavours, but I had an idea of what I wanted. So she took the time to hear me out what I was craving , explained the differences in noodles and let me try acouple sauces to see what I’d like. Then she made me the perfect noodle bowl! It was exactly what I was going for and totally hit the spot! I appreciated the extra time she took to so that I could have a great experience, 10/10 thank you

My family and I visited this Teriyaki yesterday , we used to come here long time ago. And we had a great time at the restaurant. Staff were super friendly,Kevin(I think he is the new owner?)is the top notch, he was very welcoming and accommodated our picky request?The restaurant is very clean and well maintained, food portion and taste were so good, definitely come back again, highly recommended??

This restaurant is terrible! I asked for less rice and more veg, because of diabetes. It was agreed that’s how my meal would come. When they made my meal up wrong, they denied it. Said “all are the same” over and over. I was then told it would cost $2.00 to take the rice off!! They say yes to everything, then when making up the dishes, they do what they want. Then argue with you that you never said that! The staff don’t care about customer service. When we got the food home there was next to no meat or vegetables. They are terrible!Don’t bother.
I asked for double chicken and was given a single portion. After asking how many Oz of chicken I get for regular I was given the Reply of "its already portioned I don't know how much it is"I saw the person use his tongs to pick up the unportioned chicken.Not a great experience with a lot of attitude.

I have been going to this location for years. It was always great. Well…today was not. The guy who took my order was fine. Behind the grill people were super grumpy. I always get 3 scoops of sauce. Always. For years. I was told today that they were really low on teriyaki sauce and would have to charge me for a third scoop. Won’t be going back to this location. Ever. Too bad. We used to like this location.

Went in for takeout at 6:45pm and I was told by the staff that the kitchen was closed already, while they were serving a guest ahead of me. If you're open until 7 you should be serving until 7. Terrible service.

I really liked this place and the Teriyaki experience was amazing ?The freshness of veggies, the flavours and service was too good..If you are nearby, I highly recommend this place!I created my bowl with chicken ? as my protein and veggies as the base (I also liked their noodles so if you don't mind the calories - try them) add 3 choices of veggies and then the sauce!! I loved the hot and spicy sauce more than the Teriyaki one ?The 2 chicken dumpings were delicious ?The place is neat, well lit and has ample place to sit and dine!Definitely going back for lunch someday!
