I ordered a $26 salad that did not arrive as described. I mentioned it to the waitress who said she would look into it. She never returned. The salad did not meet expectations and was very expensive for what I got. Nothing was done to make the customer happy.

3 hours sitting and did not get food. Told kitchen was extremely backed up by server. Manager did not even come over to acknowledge the situation. We also had to pay full price for the drinks.. pretty terrible night thanks to this restaurant

Everything is great but the menu. It’s very limited and pretty much just heavy burgers and sandwiches. If they diversified by adding a few different options they could easily become a local favourite. Service is excellent. Interior is dated for a new build, but glad to see the patio is open now. The limited food is good, but it’s surprising how little there is to choose from.

Fantastic spot! Very cool ambience and great food. Just be warned, unlike a lot of places, the Gingerman does NOT play when it comes to hot wings. They are genuinely hot! Their ribs are fantastic as well. The patio is huge and beautiful, although it was a bit too chilly to enjoy it. Music was great, and they have a proper stage, so I’ll be coming back to check out some live tunes sometime soon. Also lots of TVs around the bar for watching the game. This will definitely be a go-to spot for me going forward.

The new location of the Gingerman Social Eatery is by far one of the coolest places in Oakville. Amazing staff, great selection of food and drink, beautiful venue, great patio and the live music nights are an absolute blast.
