This is my favourite place to visit since becoming aware of my dairy allergy this year. When I’m in Oakville I ALWAYS stop by as I live out of town - would love to see more locations open in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. They have so many delicious options and they are so good you’d never guess it’s all gluten-free! Everything I’ve tried has been fresh, soft, and full of flavor. When I first went gluten free due to my allergy I was so sad I would never have these kinds of pastries again, and I’m so glad this I found this place. It’s really nice they’re located in Oakville as the only other places I’ve had good gluten free stuff was in Toronto and I hate commuting there. There are some other bakeries, even some big names ones, in the area however I highly recommend skipping them and giving this place a shot - you won’t ever go anywhere else after. The staff is warm, knowledgeable, and always happy to help with recommendations or answer questions. It’s so refreshing to find a place that takes dietary needs seriously without ever compromising on taste or quality.

That birthday cookie deliciousness... I don't even know what it's called, but I'm drooling just thinking about it. And those Twix bars.... we tried an assortment of goodies today and they were an absolute hit! The customer service was on point and I can't wait to be back to try the bone broth. I was excited to try this place out and it most definitely did not disappoint!

What a gem of a place to come across! I have dairy and gluten allergies so I was over the moon excited to find this shoppe. We ordered coffees and the veg panini (which they made us on vegan bread) and we got a baked good as well. The brown sugar iced latte wasn’t too sweet which was lovely. But what stood out was the customer service. The two girls behind the counter were incredibly patient (I couldn’t decide what I wanted) and they answered all my questions. These days good customer service is hard to find, and the service we received here will have me coming back. I can’t wait to try more baked goods. Yes they are expensive, but for people who complain about that, they don’t understand how much it costs for gf/dairy free etc base items. Thank you again and see ya whenever I’m in Oakville! :)

Very exciting to find actual clean food! Pricey but worth it. The girl behind the counter was very sweet. I saw what appeared to be 2 managers near the back who didn't seem friendly or warm, but the direct service I received was lovely. Will return when I'm back in the area.

Having two celiac children and some intolerances of my own. I feel safe shopping at the simple kitchen knowing that all of their stuff is gluten free and they have many sugar-free options as well. When you want a treat, everything I've gotten there to date has been delicious

I hadn’t had a sandwich in ages…until now! The paleo bread is wonderful! I had the chicken and avocado sandwich and the chocolate chip cookie. Both were amazing and I love that they even have a little market with tons of hard to get keto/paleo pantry items and snacks!

This place is wonderful!! I stopped in for a mushroom hot chocolate, brownie and ginger turmeric drink.
The service was patient and helpful. They make their own fresh nutmilks in house.
The sweet potato brownie was out of this world delicious - moist, gooey and perfectly sweet.
They have some cool specialty items too like grain free granolas and protein powder. Options for vegan and non veg alike, and lots of gluten free! Lots of protein-rich options like bone broth.
