The food box was 5 star. But the ordering process and website needs lots of work if you are ordering something as a gift to be delivered to someone else. There’s nowhere to write a greeting or to let the person who’s receiving it know who it came from. Also the box has to be ordered in your name. There’s no option to order in someone else’s name for delivery. As the ordering name must match the name on the credit card. There was no one to contact other than the AI chat which wasn’t helpful. But amazing fresh high quality products and worth the cost.
