This is by far the worst Tim Hortons location ever!!! they almost always get my order wrong! Unacceptable. I once ordered a breakfast bagel for delivery with a hash brown and I got a completely different order obviously belong to somebody else and then another time I asked for two breakfast bagels. I got bagels with butter on them. Whenever I asked for salt and pepper, they pour the whole bottle of salt on the bagel. I don’t understand what it’s so hard about getting an order right. Need to hire more competent staff. DO BETTER

Asked to double toast and they gave me this. The audacity to serve this to a customer and thinking it's okay. Makes me wonder how they train their staff or if they care about their work.
I had to drive back and asked to get another one. I showed it to him and other customers behind started laughing. The guy knew what bagel it was because I think he worked on this bagel. He told me to throw it out because it was embarrassing to show in front of other customers. This guy who works there for early morning shift on Friday, showed me the new toasted bagel and it was still burnt. I said politely that it's still burnt and he said he works at Tim Hortons so he knows what double toasted means and gave me an attitude.
I've asked politely to redo it and he saw I was writing this review and completely changed his attitude and apologized.
Whoever is the supervisor for this location, please review your staff customer service protocol.
P.S. I should have looked at the previous reviews before coming to this location. Most people don't think this location is all that great seeing how the service hasn't really improved judging by past customer's reviews.

I HIGHLY SUGGEST that you never eat at this place let alone go through the drive thru. I am not sure what has happened in the last couple years, but ever since they changed the entire staff, they never get the orders correct, your having to repeat yourself constantly at the drive thru speaker, for example you ask for a double double let's just say and they repeat it back to you by saying they don't know what your saying or they say a double latte or double dipped donut which makes zero sense and then you repeat again and end up with a tea or just a cup of hot water......trust me it's happened. The food at this location is horrendous and tastes terrible everythijg you get is just slapped together quickly and the bagels are beyond stale but to be expected from Tim Hortons now a days. Their is nothing anyone can do to fix this place other then just selling the location flat out.
***JUST GO ACROSS THE ROAD TO MCDONALDS ITS WAY BETTER COFFEE AND YOU DONT END UP WASTING YOUR TIME!***

Dolphin (Delphin?) and his colleagues at Tim Hortons in Oakville deserve a shoutout! Their friendly demeanour, helpfulness and quick and competent service made our visit truly enjoyable. The loaded slow cooked chicken bowl, hot chocolate, and wild berry donut were delicious, but their exceptional customer service skills made the experience even better. Thank you, Dolphin and team! PS Sorry if I spelled the name wrong. He is a young Filipino.
