Very disappointed in the Sweet Chilli Chicken Bowl which was unlike any one purchased at other Tim's. Sauce is usually red, not white.

A good local Tim Hortons. Great service here, the staff are very nice. Overall, a good restaurant to grab a bite to eat. Their breakfast menu is good.Wheelchair accessibility: Guide dogs are allowed at this restaurant.

Came 30 mins after opening, all the tables are still dirty from night before and nothing was ready. Left and came back and still only bagels are ready and coffee. Wasn’t greeted in any friendly or hospitable way.

What has happened to this location?Disgustingly dirty. Washrooms are unusable and clearly haven't been cleaned in a long time. Is this seriously a Tim Hortons in Oakville? In Canada? This is how they look now?If they can't take care of public spaces why would I believe their kitchen is clean?

I placed an order for a large mocha ice capp and became sick 20 minutes after drinking it. I’m still vomiting and going to the bathroom non stop. This Tim Hortons is my go to once a week and I always order an ice capp with no nausea and vomiting afterwards. Very disappointed.

Orders are ALWAYS wrong since there's clearly been a ownership change.. workers clearly don't care.. dont listen and I think it's likely because they didn't grow up eating and drinking there!

Ordered a toasted bagel they microwaved it and told me it wouldn’t kill me when I asked what they were doing … I was told that they close at 10 (but they really close at 11) Mind you it was 8 PM when I came in . the manager was incredibly rude. When I asked for a number to contact because I was so appalled with the treatment I was told to qoogle it… so I did ..When I tried to call and leave a message she kept picking up and hanging up like a four year old dared me to come in the next morning and say something, horrible, horrible. Horrible I know she’ll get away with it and continue with the terrible customer service. It’s unfortunate. Hopefully if you’re reading this and you own this place you don’t take this lightly.

I eat in this location at least twice a week and every single time the garbage bins are full forcing me take my trash home, otherwise I will have to push someone’s garbage in the bin or empty the bin myself.

They get my food right but are by far the rudest Tim Hortons for dt on WEEKDAYS specifically. I am used to being rust throw as that is how all Tim’s are but I don’t like how rude they are and dismissive of you ask for anything ex. napkins. Today specifically at the speaker “you need to speak up cause no one can hear you like that”, when at window she was saying the same thing to the person behind me.

I have been coming here for more than a decade. Customer service with many employees is virtually non existent. Drinks are very rarely properly made or even mixed. Can't even waste my time with apple fritters anymore. Was given a frozen one and told it was 'fresh' lmao.
