Onsite staff are great!!

It's a shame the mobile order system at this location has been down or 4 days starting Dec 30th and is still down as of this review Jan 2nd. (As usual corporate needs to get on it I assume)

This place is horrible if you going drive thru, I am pretty sure they will make mistake in your order.
I went to drive thru today at 3:30, I ordered 4 coffees, Timbits and muffin.
lady on drive thru window did not even greet, while taking order nor after.
I ordered old fashion timbits, but they handed me over all kind of timbits except the one I needed. Plus Window lady need some manner like how to greet or at least smile. Please train your people.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to, with the rudest and most disorganized staff. My husband and I went through the drive-thru and ordered an English muffin, coffee, and potato wedges. When we got to the window, the staff seemed completely confused about our order.

The guy at the window tried giving us the wrong order and, when we pointed it out, rolled his eyes and rudely shut the window without saying a word. A manager eventually came and handed us our order—but the English muffin was missing. When my husband mentioned this, they closed the window again without a word and finally got the missing item.

I have never seen such rude, messy, and unprofessional service at any Tim Hortons location. This experience was beyond disappointing, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
If you can’t manage the lunch or dinner hire more people, NICER ones please.

Finding it hard at most Tim Hortons locations to get decent service or quality of products for the price . Most times I have to ask why my cup is missing an inch of fluid from the rim . And food size to price is grossly inadequate. Prices are high and food size is getting smaller .

Great atmosphere for a tim Horton , but they do not have a cappuccino being a coffee house. In a Wednesday evening 5pm.
But croissant is great

Tim Hortons- I order everyday from this store … never faced any issues … the person on the Drive through was not audible at all .. I shouted my order and when I was picking up .. the server was rude and did not acknowledge or respond. He just went off saying “ next time you need to be more loud “… if you have cameras or any system for tracking customer service, please check… Please do not spoil the brand name and the customers …. It spoiled the end of my day … THANK YOU TIM HORTONS….

Order via drive thru a bagel with sausage and egg and they have me sausage with cheese
I didn’t check and when getting to my place realized was Not what I ordered so had to go back to change it
Also the other day I got a warm coffee not hot!!
Disappointed with this location used to be much better
And bagels recently are not good maybe not fresh
And they took my receipt!

I can't believe the terrible service that is being given by Tim Horton's in many of their locations. Well this location I waited 7 minutes in line, when I was second in line ( Not Busy) and the couple ahead of me was almost 10 min, they were more concerned with the drive thru. What is going on Tim Horton's?? Not only is the service declining rapidly so is the quality and quantity. I left empty handed because they were unable to fulfill my order.
Thank God there are many other options available besides Tim's. Please don't say to me what you have said to every other bad review about how concerning this is and to contact customer service. I will not waist my time to tell you something that you will not fix and what you already know what the problem is.

If I could give those stars, I would literally every single time you go they have missing items. Don’t have what you need ever. But meanwhile will charge you an arm a leg, but never ever have what you actually need do better.
