Awful workers awful customer service. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel drive all the way home to open it to find a sesame bagel which I am ALLERGIC to. I drive all the way back just to get yelled at by the workers for throwing it away. I had the charge on my card and the receipt and they were saying how I was in the wrong and shouldn’t have come back. I had just taken my medication which I need to take with food but instead of getting help from the workers got yelled at and told to leave.
I have never been so disrespected by a worker. I have been working as a server for 8 years and would never treat a paying customer like that.

The driv-thru lady on September 4th/2025 at 12:40pm provided one of the most exceptional customer service. For a moment, I forgot I was at a Tim Hortons driv-thru, thanks to the lack lustre service, we’ve got used to across Ontario.
The girl over the counter was extremely helpful. She guided me well towards available combos and helped me how I can collect points and pay for certain things using those points.
