I’ve gone to this location several times over the last 8 years, and it’s been a bit of a mixed bag. I’ve had very good experiences, and poor experiences alike. Today’s visit (Dec 21, 2025) was a bit poor. My overall wait time was about 15 mins.
To sum it up: the staff over there is a bit out of sorts. My food got cold from waiting for drinks THEY forgot to make, two of the employees were very openly bickering with each other about being punctual with orders…I’m not sure what’s going on with staff chemistry, but reading the room & reading their body language tells me the morale can be much better. Customers notice it, particularly the ones I was talking to as we watched this morning’s service rush.

Since coming to Canada, this is the second time I am writing a review for a Tim Hortons.
I don’t remember the exact date, but my wife accidentally forgot her small wallet somewhere. It contained her credit cards and driver’s license. That day, the only place she had visited was Tim Hortons. She immediately returned there, and they checked the security camera footage for the times she was in the store, but unfortunately nothing conclusive could be seen. As a result, we cancelled all the cards and applied for a replacement driver’s license.
Ten days later, a kind lady came to our door. I prefer not to mention her name, but she explained that she is the owner of this Tim Hortons location. She told us that the wallet had been in her possession for 10 days, kept safely in case someone came to claim it. When no one did, she became concerned and decided to open the wallet. After seeing the driver’s license, she personally came to our home using the address on it to return it. She also explained that the reason she waited for 10 days was because she did not want to open the wallet or even look inside it.
First of all, I am very grateful to the people of Oakville for finding the wallet—perhaps a staff member found it and responsibly handed it over to the business owner—and to this wonderful lady, who kindly brought it all the way to our home.
Seeing that there are still kind, honest, and good-hearted people in Canada truly makes me very happy.

Old stale bagel, uncooked bacon, brown lettuce…and the coffee tastes like battery acid. Bathroom was disgusting. I would not recommend.

Jen is so amazing!!! I love coming to see her everyday. She is always so welcoming and makes the best ice capps. We love coming in to see her and have a quick chat. One of the best Timmys in the neighbourhood.

So it was my birthday so went to grab free birthday stuff which is under Tim’s policy but as this was my first time i asked the lady to guide what can i grab from list or if there is any cup size limit, the lady was so rude that she was just like if there’s nothing mentioned so order.Afterthat she took order she just showed hands to go wait at side. Atleast on someone’s bday you can be good to them when a person came to grab a deal which you have given on app not like i went on random day to grab something free. I went to other places and there staff were too good.
