Not happy with Tim Hortons at all. My brother bought me a French vanilla and it was pure water. No taste, no flavour, nothing. Same thing happened weeks ago when I got a chai tea, exact same issue. Both drinks tasted like they forgot to put anything in them. It's really frustrating because this is not cheap and you expect at least some flavour for what you pay. Definitely not worth the money. 🙂

I just ordered an orange tangerine quencher and the person who was taking orders on driv thru just started laughing when he heard it. And when I asked why was he laughing he had no answer. This is not how you treat your customers. It was very disrespectful.

I am so disappointed with the food or services. I have ordered chipotle chicken wraps this afternoon at traflgar and Dundas location right beside Wendy. There was no sauce inside the wrap it was all dry. It was very hard to eat without sauce. Inserting a picture as a proof. The server needs to pay attention to what they are serving. I will not recommend this location poor service.

I come here often because it’s close to my house, last week I ordered a bagel double toasted . It wasn’t even toasted and had no butter on it that that’s what I asked for . Don’t know why they are not paying attention to the orders . This isn’t the first time
