What's the point of writing and complaining without correcting the mistakes? The morning shift is terrible. A week ago I ordered a fresh vanilla coffee and it was only half a cup, and today I ordered coffee with three spoons of sugar, but I was surprised to find it had no sugar. What's the solution with this awful branch?

I’ve been a regular customer at this Tim Hortons for quite some time, and unfortunately the level of service has declined over the years. The staff often appear disengaged, with little acknowledgment or friendliness toward customers, and conversations among themselves seem to take priority. I believe additional training focused on customer service could greatly improve the overall experience. I understand that this can be a demanding job, but even small gestures like a smile or a pleasant attitude can make a big difference—for both customers and staff morale.

This is one of the worse locations for customer service. No one is even a bit happy/content. Workers look like they dont want to be there. Often orders are incorrect in the drive through. You ask for peanut butter on a bagel and they give you a peanut butter container and a knife (without giving the heads up).

Instead of giving coupons for free items in exchange for 5 star reviews, the branch should try and improve customer service. The only Tims in Oakville with “unlimited”staff but zero professionalism. Only a few employees are professional, the rest don’t care what the order is. Bad attitude. Will not return.

A good Tim's when you need something on the run. Clean, organized and well staffed. Met the owner this week. Nice guy but he ate one of my cookies. Today they went the extra mile and baked cookies just for me because they were out.

Absolutely terrible location. Mobile ordering here is a joke. They literally wait for you to arrive before making your order which entirely defeats the purpose of offering mobile order. This has happened 100% of the time and the staff have the entitlement to argue back when you say something. Never ever going there again and management should really try and fix this place.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the most exceptional customer service at this location today. There was a very friendly, patient, efficient and extremely professional staff member at the drive thru. (With literally every customer). It was a breath of fresh air after a long and srressful drive on very busy highway. Thank you for the great service!

I always have a wonderful experience at this Tim Hortons, and a big credit goes to Simran. She treats every customer with kindness and respect, and you can tell she genuinely enjoys her job. She remembers regular customers’ preferences, greets everyone with a warm smile, and makes sure orders are accurate. Even when the store gets busy, she stays calm and handles everything smoothly. It’s rare to find someone so committed to great customer service. Thank you, Simran, for making every visit pleasant!

This Tim Hortons is very inconsistent. The staff here are extremely unfriendly! They constantly forget to add the extra ingredients you order but they still make sure to charge you. Needs major improvements.
