I used to love this spot. It used to be fast, quick and accurate.
This morning, I was surprised that it was slow. When I was looking inside the Tim Hortons via drive through... I saw flies flying around.
And to make matters worse, they gave me the wrong order. But because I'm in a drive through, I didn't have time to check if they gave me the right stuff.
This ruined my morning as I was really looking forward to having the right muffin.

Came to this Tim Hortons on the long weekend Monday, when most other cafe's were closed. Saw a huge lineup at the front and honestly got a bit annoyed at first seeing how long the wait was , both to order and to pick up. But then I noticed there were only two people running the entire store. One girl was handling all the front orders, making food, drinks, and even helping out at the drive-thru. The guy was doing drive-thru window, drinks, and keeping up with that line. I was actually shocked. It didn’t seem fair that just two people had to manage such a busy shift on a holiday. Still, both of them were doing their absolute best to keep up and not disappoint anyone. The girl who took my order was super kind and calm, even with all the chaos. I gave her a $10 tip to keep for herself, and she didn’t even want to take it at first, eventually she kept it aside, probably to share with her coworker. Honestly, massive respect to both of them. These young hardworking people especially immigrants like them deserve way more support from management. If you’re going to keep the store open on a holiday, at least staff it properly. Appreciate their effort big time.
Overall the experience was good in the way of customer service and bad in the way of waiting for orders.

I was really disappointed with the customer service at this Tim Hortons location. The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly, making the whole experience unpleasant. My order was incorrect, and when I pointed it out, the employee was dismissive and didn’t apologize or offer to fix it properly. It felt like they didn’t care about customer satisfaction at all. Definitely not coming back.

I just asked my coffee with 10 creamer on side, thats how i drink it but a girl harpreet argued for over 7 minutes just saying its their policy to not give over 4 creamer Whats the policy, that a person cannot have the drink according to the choice Very frustrating
