I usually go there for my breakfast and coffee. I find the staff there very cordial and polite , especially couple of young ladies. I think one of them is Manjot .. very good customer service

If you do a the worst tim horton location contest. This location will be the winner. The is a lady who works here in evening hours is so rude that she should be fired asap. She litrly yells and screams at customers in drive through.

The coffee i ordered was overflowing..spilled all over the table..ordered for sweetener in the coffee which was not added, sugar and cream not added as per order for my husband's coffee. This is happening a third time - they always mess up coffee orders.
Won't be coming back again.

Why hire students who have no idea how to make a simple coffee/cappucino. How do they mess up the heat, the ratio of coffee to cream andI dont even want to talk about the food. This place used to be such a great one compared to all other Toms near by, I dont lnow if its the international students or what you guys are just making this an appalling place for any coffee drinker. Its a simple SOP to make a Cappaccino. When you go wrong in doing that, I dont know how you follow rules and SOPs in real life.

The food was good and the service was quick. The staff was attentive to our requests.
We ordered flatbreads, wrap, bowl and coffee. All of them were tasty.

The only downside was the presence of houseflies at every table. I hope they do something about it.

Stopped in the stored today and got a bagel belt coffee and donut. Paula recognized me as a regular usually at the drive through and mentioned she was surprised to see me in store. As always she greeted with me with a hello, how are you and a smile. I saw her again today at the drive through and received the same warm greeting. Thank you Paula for making the effort to always welcome me and I assume ll your customers. A little extra always goes a long way, it's what makes customer service stand out.
