It takes 30 minutes to make a farmers wrap. The service is absolutely horrible. Please never support this tim hortons it needs to be shutdown immediately. There was hair in my food when it arrived and it was cold from sitting on the counter so long. Horrible experience. They should be ashamed of their work ethic.

I asked for a Toasted BLT on a plain bagel, meal deal. With a small milk, and a donut( for later)I got ... processed cheese,? two ends of a tomatoe,? the crunchy'est over cooked 1 slice bacon? lettuce and barely toasted bagel?I was charged .60 cents for cheese that I threw out .. no salt pepper, no mayo.. nothing? Come on.. has blt's really changed this bad? Didnt get the hash brown either??.. it was assumed I wanted the donut instead.Should of went to McDonalds!

Staff needs training on serving clients with refillable cups. They should not use a disposable cup to measure out coffee to then pour into my reusable cup. It defeats the purpose of reducing waste products and

I was going to buy cookies and went to the right side of the two drive through lanes. 3 cars after me went through the left side got serviced and I was still waiting, seems like they were only providing service to one lane, but CLOSE the other lane then! Wasted 10 mins and got nothing but a worthless word of "sorry" which I am sure the person at the window did not really mean it.

DO NOT! i repeat DO NOT! order from uber or doordash here. the store leaves your order out for anyone to take without checking the driver’s details. at any point ANYONE can just grab and eat your food.save your money.

The service at this location is such a hit or miss. The food is usually good but really cold and stale at times. The last two times I oredered chocolate lava cookie, they gave me rocky road cookie. The decaf coffee is usually lukewarm. Some people are great and serve fast but some are very slow and don’t understand the order. There were lots of flies here in the summer. I still go here everyday because it’s close to home but would like it if their service becomes more consistentOtherwise, Tim Hortons is killing it! Dream cookies, non alcoholic baileys coffee. They are doing really well!!

In the morning time, the employees are friendly and professional. The only downside to this location is that drive through is generally busy so I usually have to wait 20+ minutes. Despite the long lines they tend to move fairly fast (most times).
