Quite possibly the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too. Useless staff, machines broken constantly and horrific customer service. UPDATE: met with the manager-Jay- who went above and beyond to remedy the issues. happy to give this place another try.

This is our neighbourhood Tims which our family goes to at least 8 times a week. This location used to be amazing, however over the last 6+ months it has gone down hill. Every single day this week they got our order wrong. The gentleman taking orders at drive thru is not friendly and doesn't you finish speaking while placing your order. Also, they barely EVER stir our coffee and tea which is a pain in the ass when you are driving to work and can't pull out a spoon to stir it up. We are seriously considering driving alittle extra out of the way and taking our business to another location.
