The girl working on drive-thru give me coffee like this its not even mixed well. I tried to add on potato veggies in my order she refused to do so. But each time i come to store no one ask me to come around if i want to add something. Its a place of customer service so let her know.

I have been going to this place almost everyday for the last one year or so. However, the quality of both service and beverage has declined since the last two months. Sometimes they forget my order, sometimes they take too long, sometimes they don’t add the sweetener before making the coffee and today the cappuccino was just plain cold!
I have heard other customers complain how the waste bins are always full and waste is just on display out in the open! And you can guess how the washrooms might be!
The staff seems focussed on taking the next order before doing anything about the previous one!

I ordered a bagel and classic lemonade through mobile order, and the staff accidentally prepared two by mistake—but instead of wasting it, they kindly gave me both.
