This isn’t my usual Tim Hortons stop, but I’m glad I took a detour. I was having an extremely stressful morning, and the drive-thru team was nothing short of friendly and empathetic. Their kindness genuinely helped calm me down and completely changed the tone of my day. I’ll be stopping here more often.
I ordered a bagel and classic lemonade through mobile order, and the staff accidentally prepared two by mistake—but instead of wasting it, they kindly gave me both. The bagels were fresh, soft, and tasted great, and the lemonade was refreshing. Really appreciated the excellent service and attention to customers. Thank you for going the extra mile!
This has been our go to place for our evening coffees. The staff is amazing, they greet you nicely and make sure you are attended on time. The coffee is always fresh and the place is always clean. Always a 5 star experience for us.
