Nice staff. Danielle was making my orders and she made sure everything was done properly. I know it might sound crazy but you don’t find many places that don’t make your orders fully right!
I go through this location very often. It's much better than the one across the road. They rarely make errors. The staff can at times be a little bit rude and short. Definitely more training is needed in this area. Services pretty quick. There's nowhere to sit inside but You can go inside if the lineup outside is too long or you just don't have a car.
It’s the only Tim Hortons so far that makes my drinks the way I like them but I only give it 3 starts because when they make a mistake they don’t say sorry but instead they try to justify themselves. Everyone makes mistakes, just acknowledge and say sorry. It sounds professional and leaves a good taste for future business. (No pun intended)
