The place is mismanagedThe crew has no idea what are they doing and if you walk to the store you would wait forever as there is only one cashierYou drive through and you order hot chocolate for your kid and after you take off you find that he is drinking coffee insteadI believe since they are busy nobody cares about customer service !

I just went to this Tims location and wanted to try the Chicken Wrap and wanted to get some drinks and bakery items.The order taker told me they didn’t have any lettuce for the wraps? How are you just selling wraps with a slice of tomato and chicken which is stale? I didn’t get the wrap but the overall experience was very disappointing. I work in a Fast Food Restaurant myself and my experience wasn’t good at this location. :( The employees had earphones in, didn’t even say hello or bother to suggest other items instead of the wrap.

Lady working the window this morning is miserable. She didn’t check to make sure I was grabbing my coffee from her hands at driver through. The store didn’t have any ketchup, and I have to ask for napkins. Kind of unprofessional.
Your usual timmies, except its overrun with bees. There were like a dozen of them flying around the cash and on all of the donuts.

The staff were very pleasant, but they received a relatively low rating because they had absolutely no chicken products of any kind on a Saturday, in the middle of the day. That’s pretty unacceptable.On a positive note, the coffee was delicious! Hot and fresh, and made perfectly.

This is a very small Tim Hortons inside a Circle K. I've never seen one smaller! They have the standard Tim Hortons offerings except hot sandwiches and soup. I ordered an Oreo Ice Capp (large). There are two staff members. One always serves the drive-through. Buying something indoors from them is very slow. There is no free WiFi. The store is barely wheelchair accessible. Review 2023-233

A good place to stop for a cappucino in the evening. Some tasty sandwiches and wraps there.Parking: Restricted number of spaces. fter 6pm, there are some free street spaces available.
