Usually I don’t like drive through but today I decided to use the drive through , so i used it and placed order and when I picked it up and drove , I realized it was WRONG order and i went back to drive through again and explain to lady that my order is wrong , the Lady was unprofessional and rude , she wasn’t the same Lady that gave me my first order, if they can’t do well with drive through orders they shouldn’t do it !!! And they should come up with a system by giving customers an order number to avoid giving wrong orders..

If you're looking for inconsistency then this is the best place to get it. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap with slow cooked chicken a coffee and donut. Although I was given an extra donut, it had an onion like taste which completely threw me off. Makes me wonder how much cross contamination occurs at this place. It's sad how dramatically low the quality has gotten with this franchise.
My bagal had like no cream cheese. Place kind of felt like a warzone. Got my coffee on one side and my bagel on the other. Just employees passing out food and drinks at their leisure without telling you where to wait.

Worst outlet ever for Tim Hortons. Every time I go there, I come back disappointed. Ordered bagels today and paid extra for toast and cream cheese and guess what they forgot to put cream cheese in my daughter’s bagel. Staff is not equipped enough to serve customers well. To be avoided at all costs.

If I could give less stars than what Google offers, I would. Absolutely pathetic service. You pay good money to eat and drink here and they don’t give a damn. They slam a whole slab of butter of cream cheese on your food, but then are cheap and only offer up 2 pieces of bacon. this location needs to shut down or get new management. When you come back in to complain, they look all clueless and don’t understand what’s wrong with the food they just threw together. So ridiculous.
