One of the best Tim Hortons drive-thru experiences I’ve had!
The staff were super friendly, quick, and got my order perfectly right—even during the morning rush. You can tell they really care about customer service. My coffee was hot, my bagel was fresh, and the whole process took less than 3 minutes. Shoutout to the team for making busy mornings easier!

Excellent service and delicious food! The staff were incredibly friendly, fast, and attentive to detail. My order was prepared perfectly, and everything—from the coffee to the baked goods—was fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. A great place to grab a coffee or a quick bite. Highly recommended!

I'm not sure what happened in the last few weeks but this location has become extremely slow for service. Cars will sit in line for minutes on end before anyone starts moving. This is a high traffic area and when service is extremely slow the lineups become extremely large. I went through this morning thinking that maybe things would be different but NOPE.... I sat in line for 3 minutes with no Cars moving before I decided to go to another location. Going forward I will not go to this location anymore.

Would give zero stars if I could. This store does not care about the safety of their customers at all. They handed me a coffee through the drive thru window and the lid wasn’t on properly so it spilled everywhere and burned my hand pretty badly. My jacket was covered in coffee and still smells like coffee so it’ll need to be cleaned too. I’ve now escalated this to head office multiple times over the last week and the franchisee has chosen to ignore my concerns. I’m very unhappy. Go to literally any other Tim Hortons location, save your money and your skin from being burned.

EDIT: I would like to update my original review. There was a system error so the franchisee wasn’t provided my contact information when I filled out the form online. Once they received my information, the franchisee did reach out to me to check on me and try to remedy the situation. I am still working with the franchisee at this time.

Update: no further action was taken by the franchisee to fix the situation. I would avoid this Tim Hortons. There’s many other locations locally.
