I just left this location which is my everyday location before work. Every morning I buy a bagel and a iced capp, they NEVER cut the bagels and today they made my iced Capp with milk I noticed right away because it separates and is super dark and when I corrected it instead of making a new one they added cream on top of the milk. I’ve had nothing but problems since there has been new managers! I’m gonna choose to go to the wyecroft location from now on!

Ordered a farmers wrap with bacon and sausage. Got a farmers wrap with neither, just an overcooked egg and a stale hash brown. The person who took my order even reread my order to me before driving up. Second time this has happened at Tim’s this year.

I ordered some platters for breakfast from this location. And the owner Micheal went above and beyond to make sure that they looked good and had an assortment of baked goods. He even took the time to deliver a beautiful platter of bagels himself to my work when he realized that the bagels were missing from the platters and he didn’t want me to have to wait any longer.

Coffee when made was not hot, when I requested to heat it up I was offered a new one but I insisted on just heating my coffee rather than wasting it. Eventually my request was accepted, but i thought this was a careless attitude towards customers satisfaction & food wastage.

I would give 0 if I could. 5 people after me already got their order i was still waiting. After finally asking how long does it take to make a toasted bagel with jam and iced coffee, a manager or whoever he is started yelling at me in front of everyone that they follow the order. Which is not true. Iced coffee had to be redone coz i asked with milk they missed that the bagel was already cold and light, not even a sign of toasting. I have not been going to Tim's long time, i think this is last.

It always takes a very long time to be served when you walk in, nor do they even acknowledge you're standing there...the storefront is covered with small bugs...the trees is usually hot though.
