This used to be my regular spot . Coming here at least five times a week. I don't go there anymore for this reason . They say they are open until 10:00pm yet they can't make you an Iced Capp anywhere close to 9:30 p.m. because they've already cleaned the machine. How ridiculous! 90% of the staff is rude, doesn't say please / thank you/you're welcome and I couldn't be more polite to them. They are out of almost every product.

UNACCEPTABLE DAILY SERVICE FAILURE - ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS LOCATION

This Tim Hortons has an appalling, systemic failure in their drive-thru service that occurs every single day. **I strongly advise everyone to go to a different location.**

**Daily Service Breakdown (Speaker and Window):**
I am forced to repeat my simple order **6 to 10 times** at the speaker, despite turning my vehicle's engine off and raising my voice. Staff consistently claim they cannot hear me, even while they are simultaneously taking other customers' orders.

The problem persists at the window: I repeatedly have to state my order again, over and over, because they fail to capture it accurately. This chronic repetition for a simple order is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

**The Breaking Point:**
Two days ago, the issue escalated to a complete service refusal. After going through the usual multiple rounds of repetition at the speaker, the employee at the window **refused my order** and demanded I **park my truck and walk inside** to place the order. This is clear service refusal and feels like targeted harassment after enduring this daily incompetence.

Do not waste your time or gas here. Go elsewhere if you expect basic competence and respect. The management needs to address and fix this egregious operational failure immediately.

Jaye double charged me on my order, called the location to issue refund, was told to come back in store.

When I came back to resolve the issue, decided it would be a smart idea to make a random remark that “I sounded like a woman over the phone”, not once, not twice, but three times during the refund transaction. Did not apologize once through either the phone or in person interaction.

Watched him make fun of the situation to his co worker as I left. (Laughed and shook his head in public view)
