I visited this Tim Hortons today and had a really disappointing experience. There was no line, and I stood at the cashier for a few minutes without being acknowledged by either of the two employees. I eventually had to call out to get their attention, and one of them responded with “I’ll be with you in a moment,” then went right back to chatting with his co-worker. I waited another 3–4 minutes, but no one came to take my order—so I just left.

Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service at this location. It’s often very slow, though I usually do eventually get served. But today crossed the line by not even acknowledging a customer standing right in front of them.

Really disappointing—such a shame.

Today I went to buy coffee, and one of the staff members was extremely rude. After I placed my order, I asked if I could have a blue coffee cup. She said she didn’t understand me, so I repeated my request. Then she told me to speak to her manager. I thought she really couldn’t understand what I meant.

When I came to pick up my coffee, I received the blue paper cup I had asked for. I said, “This is what I was asking for,” but she again said she didn’t understand me and told me to speak with the manager. The manager happened to be right there, but instead of helping, she quickly said goodbye to me in a very rushed and stiff manner. Her attitude was very impolite and impatient.

I would like to file a complaint about this employee. She appeared to be a white woman, approximately in her 50s.

One of the worst Tim Hortons i’ve ever been to. I ordered 2 Farmers egg wraps and the hashbrowns were burned crispy. When you eat them, you can taste them like they were cooked more and after complaining to the store employees, they didn’t care snd said (while touching the hashbrowns) - “no, they are good, nothing bad with them).

Now, I just want my money back.
