Very ridiculous. It’s 5:30 PM and we asked for chicken and they say don’t they don’t have chicken like they they’re out of chicken and it’s been regular. The staff is also not polite as well. Staff name shivam one person also very rude and they don’t even bother if you’re standing in the line it’s very disrespectful, please look into it Tim Hortons

Never had a bad experience here.Choices are limited as it is inside The Real Canadian Superstore. No drive-through or table seats, only 3-4 bar stool kind of seating.Staff has been helpful and friendly , even though they get shouted at by different customers for various things. People just need to give service personnel a break. Don't take your frustrations out on them.It has its own entrance and exit door, but if you are with the shopping carts, you have to exit from the main store exit.Vegetarian options: Usual veg options like wrap or bakery productsDietary restrictions: Not much to customizeParking: Free Superstore parking lotKid-friendliness: Nothing special about kid-friendliness hereWheelchair accessibility: At ground level, so wheelchair accessible

Ordered thru Uber Eats a few times, the staff always get my order wrong. One time I ordered 3 coffees and only 2 were packed and delivered. Multiple times I order without sauce/mayo and they drenched my wrap with mayo when I have clearly checked the box “No Mayo”. Staff does not read Uber Eats instructions.

It's Tim Horton's and it is as you would suspect. If you've been to a Tim Horton's before then you can expect the same service as anywhere. Good for a quick fix or a sit down relax kinda place. Always fresh is part of the moto and no different here.

I ordered through Uber eats. I am vegetarian & chose “everything begal with NO bacon option.” They didn’t even check the order & added the bacon in it. Totally disgusting . Even , they don’t have many options. When I complained they didn’t even pay attention. Never recommend to anybody.

Yesterday, I visited this place where a guy was shouting at a lady because she took the wrong order. The customer mentioned to her, "You're sleepy, and you're making mistakes. Don't try to put the blame on me for ordering wrong." Initially, I felt really bad for the lady, Bushra. Later, Bushra behaved the same way with me. When I placed my order with another girl, she mistakenly added a jalapeño pastry that I didn't want. She took my order for a cheese croissant, which she later realized they didn't have. She was the only person handling the front and taking orders. I waited for my order for 10-15 minutes, which I don't mind. When it came to the refund, the lady who took my order asked Bushra to refund my money. Despite not taking my order, Bushra, in a rude tone in Hindi, said, "You should think before you order" (in Hindi - "Order krne se pehle sochlia kro kya chahiye"). During the refund process, she was again rude, urging me to tap the slow debit machine and saying, "Do it.” She really needs to learn some customer service.
