I don’t know why some people leave negative reviews — I’ve had the best Tim Hortons service ever here! Meet and Mandeep were both amazing. Everyone on the team was friendly and welcoming.

Meet made me the best Iced Capp Mocha I’ve ever had at Tim’s — seriously, it was perfect! Thank you so much for the incredible experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. 🙌😊 Thank you guys for making my day 😊❤️

The manager is very rude and does not know how to talk to customers. She should definitely learn some basic manners.

ordered a ryans box and a cold brew for my friend. when they gave me the food they told me there was no box and gave me a wrap instead but they didn’t tell me there was no box when i was ordering. they told me it was the same thing and charged me the same as the box but i bought a box 2 days ago and it was a dollar cheaper. then they gave me what they said was the cold brew and i dont drink caffeine and when i brought it to my friend she said it wasn’t a cold brew. can i please receive what i order or be notified if something is unavailable. So disappointed.

Unacceptable service today. Employee handled baked goods with BARE hands, didn't ask for my loyalty card, and didn't speak to me and only pointed where to go. Hygiene and service were both lacking, and I'll be reconsidering future visits.

Today morning I visited Tim for coffee, and I was served by a tall girl may be her name was Mandeep Kaur. Both the coffee and service were excellent.

Horrible.

Only place on campus that won’t charge you an arm and a leg, yet they constantly churn out bad product with a horrific wait time. I have been going there for two and half years now, and the iced coffee is consistently abhorrent. Either burned, old, too much milk or sugar or both, or watered down into swill. The only thing that feels consistent is the baked goods as I assume they use premade dough just popped into an oven, but even those could be better as they got rid of the best item on the menu (ie. cheese croissant).
Please don’t get me started on the inconsistency of the food. And be warned if you do buy something that’s more than a cup of water. You will be waiting a minimum of 20 minutes in a packed corral.
Unfortunately spent 11 dollars today on a coffee that I had to throw out due to how sweet it was, and a dry sandwich.
Please do better.

Food is occasionally not warm enough and sometimes there’s not enough sauce on the farmers wraps. Overall pretty good though

The staff is always rude even when the customer is trying to be patient and understanding. Customer service jobs are horrible especially in colleges but there’s no reason to treat people horribly when they’re nice but trying to get their money’s worth.

Got a farmer's wrap. I don't know how, but someone forgot that the sauce was supposed to go INSIDE the wrap. Got messy hands before getting back to class. Also the thing was tiny. Now, it WAS 6 bucks, but the main ingredient is eggs so I don't see why it can't be a dollar cheaper for how bite-sized it is. Finished it in three bites. Fast service tho, they really know how to move a line.

Hell yeah tim hortons keep hiring these marginals who barely understand english, there was no time when workers at this place didn’t messed up my order. In addition to it, they always look with a disguise at customers, not gonna be surprised if they spit in coffee.

So just because they don't need to worry about customer flow, they decide to cut the materials. The cream in my doughnut is only half compared to those from other stores. And what's the point of the line if the orders are not processed in sequence?

Friendly hard working staff ready to quickly and kindly serve students, staff and visitors alike. Food orders may vary depending on how recently staff turns over
For consistent “good” Tim’s food head to the Tim’s inside Rabba.
