Worse service received in our lives at a Tim's!!! Twice in the same day!!! Horrible and very rude servers. Especially a girl named Christa...I believe is her name. Super rude, very loud and careless!!! She gave my partner, a diabetic, an ice coffee with extra cane syrup instead of what we ordered! We do have the receipt still btw. That was around 2pm. Then we were there again around 1am. Were forced to wait in line over 40min!!!! They served a family of 20 before anyone asked us anything. We actually left. Sick of waiting and not even acknowledged! The manager at that time was Linda. She was too busy counting donuts instead of helping us.

Very disappointed with my recent visits to Tim Hortons. For the past 3–4 evenings, I’ve ordered iced coffee, and every time it has been either too bitter, watery, or just tastes off—definitely not fresh. Even after asking for extra sugar and cream.

I m having coffee from this store almost everyday. Most of the time its good.but from one month they charge me $2.10 for a coffee.but other store are charge the regular price.i dont know what happen here.and coffee was very cold many times.but I never complain but this is too much.i m paying 20 cents extra everyday.
Roban is one of the best 👌 👍. He always take care of guest in a friendly manner. Just love him

Extremely poor customer service, cleaning the place with water while ladies with canes are walking no respect when talking to staff Robam was very rude when asked about anything . Flies are on the food and employees don’t care. Unfortunately never seen anything like that in the city of Oakville before
