Never enough staff always long line ups while they get huge orders and make everyone waits. When I brought it to the manger he yelled at me to call the office rather than apologizing for the delay. Same thing every day. You need to have enough staff for how busy this location is.

Unfortunately the coffee we ordered wasn’t dark roast ( very watery , bland taste ) but on the top of the cup it was marked as a dark roast ( DR) . It’s not the first time I had this experience at this location . The customer service was not helpful at all and a bit rude . We won’t be coming here again . It used to be our favourite location for years . Hopefully they can improve the quality of product they seling and customer service very soon . Very dissapointed .

I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons, and a big reason for that is the outstanding management and service. Rav and Rameses both do an excellent job creating a welcoming and well-run environment.
Rav, the manager, is incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. She clearly cares about customers and staff, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. Rameses, also a manager, is just as responsible and supportive. He is always calm, efficient, and ensures customers are taken care of properly.
Overall, this location stands out because of Rav and Rameses. Their kindness, responsibility, and dedication make a real difference, and it’s why I enjoy coming back

Been coming to this place for last four years and always loved it. Today placed my regular order and than was told by supervisor after paying that they could not grill croissants any longer, no option to cancel, only got a called plain croissant that went to garbage bin. Very disappointing experience after driving 15 min.
I’m very disappointed with the cleanliness at the Tim Hortons on Lakeshore. This location used to stand out as one of the better ones, but it now feels the same as many locations in the Brampton area visibly dirty and poorly maintained. Cleanliness should be a basic standard. Hoping management takes action and improves this location.
