I am a regulars to this location but I find one service crew in the morning always rude to the customer's. The guys looks so unhappy with his work. Would always reflect to his service. "Rameses" was name in his name plate. He shouldn't give any promotion or anything. I notice a simple conversation become big to this man.. Rude to his under, as well. Fire him so he can have something he really want to do for work. And be a happy man again.

I have noticed many times that the cashier uses his fingers to pick up sweets for customers and then handles cash with his hands at this location.
Today, I came again and ordered a carrot muffin. The cashier, who was wearing gloves to pick up the muffins, then accepted cash from me while still wearing the same gloves.
This raises a serious hygiene concern.
The quality, service, and overall dining environment have been deteriorating dramatically.

Can't stand the new look, the chairs are calculated to get you out so uncomfortable. Same as keeping the heat down but the worst is being so cheap to install a vestibule at the north door when they renovated, the cold and wind blasts in when that door opens. Worst, felt ill after a breakfast burrito, had to miss Christmas because I thought I caught the flu. What's good, decent parking, Wi-fi, new color scheme does brighten up the place.

To be honest, I did thought of putting review sometime back whenever I get a bagels from them it’s always toasted on fast speed which makes bagels burnt outside and cold from middle. But to my surprise I order Nutella croissant requested them to heat it up from this location. When I reached home and excited to have a coffee and croissant it ruined my trust from this location I am attaching a picture of croissant I get please have a look. Manager really need to pay attention or hire more managers to see how the customer service is here. Please value others hard earned money. At least give them back their money value by providing quality food.
