Tim's is everywhere these days and some of them are just terrible as the parent company pursues shareholder value but the people at this location make up a great staff and there is always a friendly vibe - it doesn't feel like a coffee dungeon

I was ordering and the guy taking my order had an open wound on his arm, he started picking at it while taking my order. i don’t want meat chunks in my coffee ?♂️
Won't normally do a review but last night @7:01PM I placed a order for half dozen retro donuts large chai tea black with 2 sugar and ice and a m&m cookie through drive thru got to the window a young man was there he scanned my rewards card so I asked did the donuts come off he replied no the cookie did I replied that's not what I wanted cause I had the deal for tea and cookie for $3 so I asked to refund and please do it again cause it was scan and pay then comes another guy named NAILIK with attitude yelling to Me to calm down like WHAT all I asked was to refund and redo he's yelling there's cars behind still yelling I must calm down even though I was not speaking waiting calm for my refund he's still telling me calm down so I went in store he's still arguing with me so if he's the supervisor with that attitude then I will not be coming back to spend another dime...I'm a regular customer there ever had a issue with anyone but this young guy this is the second time please fix this thanks
