Came through drive thru and the young man accidentally forgot my sauce, not a big deal at all I went in and asked if I could get another. The three gentleman at the counter were extremely apologetic and nice, it’s just sauce and it’s right after people are getting off work. However the manager or team lead “arsh” was extremely rude and dismissive to the staff and myself she treated them like they had done this on purpose and weren’t capable of correcting a minor mistake. She was asking them questions like she didn’t believe I came through the drive thru and they didn’t ask me for my name etc. anyways awesome staff terrible team lead / manager.

Very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons at 2960 S Sheridan Way in Oakville.

I arrived around 9:17 AM to pick up a DoorDash delivery order, and the manager on duty had a very rude and unpleasant attitude for no reason. The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. Delivery drivers are simply there to pick up orders for customers and should be treated with basic respect. A manager should be setting the example for good customer service, not creating a negative experience.

After looking through the reviews here, it’s clear that many other customers have had similar issues with the service at this location. That suggests this is not just a one-time issue.

The service and overall customer experience at this location need serious improvement, and management should take responsibility for addressing it.

Worst service ever. Ordered online $35 worth products (bowls, bagels and coffees) while I was the only one to carry this many items, when asked for a carry bag the rep refused and when I said how would I practically carry this many items she just smiled and walked away. The other rep later helped me she was more sensible and kind. When I asked the other lady, she said they do give carry bags. So the one serving definitely needs some training. Also the rep on the food counter should be paid bonus for serving owners and not customers, bowl was half in quantity.

Terrible customer service. I ordered a coffee and paid by credit card. Two minutes later, the employee claimed there was no order in their system. I showed my credit card statement showing the charge from Tim Hortons and asked her to check the surveillance camera since the payment had just been made. She refused, and I was forced to pay again for the same coffee.
