I rarely ever leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s necessary to share my experience due to the poor customer service I received. On June 25, 2025, at 6:55 PM, I placed my order with Amily at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, I would give her 0 stars for customer service. She appeared uninterested and more focused on other tasks. She handed me my coffee and quickly closed the window without asking if I needed anything else.
When I knocked again to request a straw and a few napkins, she handed over the straw but didn’t bother with the napkins. I waited patiently, but she continued with her work and ignored me. After knocking once more, another staff member came to assist, kindly provided everything I needed, and even apologized for the service.
I appreciate the second staff member’s professionalism, but the overall experience was disappointing. Good service makes a big difference.

I love this place, it's close to my house, but since the staff changed it's been terrible. To order (only 2 coffees) you have to wait more than 15 minutes at the drive thru. Terrible lines and very dirty, all the glasses are dirty, the staff takes products from the ground from which they then prepare drinks and food. They clean both the ground and the shelves where the baked goods are with the same broom. Unsanitary. After what I saw, I don't want to go there anymore. Very dirty.

My go to for last minute coffee cravings. I always order the caramel toffee iced capp with whip cream and extra espresso shot. The new powdered timbits are a must. You need to taste the Chicken parmesian or the bacon everything flatbread. Taste amazing.

One of the best locations of Tim Hortons. I have been served by Anmol a beautiful smile and very professional server. Very courteous and her assistant Raaj. Hats off to them.

I travel to here mostly Saturday's for my job needs.Last time I got the chance to ask the managers name Annu if i am not wrong.She is excellent in managing the place she knows how to run the show without any compromises on customer service.

I dont usually leave bad reviews but 3 times i have tried to get a loaded bowl from here and they are always unavailable. take it off your menu.
Updated review June 2025: Honestly terrible. Sure the service is fast but they dont get the order right ever and if they do its made so sloppily its not edible. Again, im not one to leave a bad review but this is actually so bad lol

They give the order you place almost 80% of the time. Sometimes, I feel that they put a small into a medium cup and say it's medium (that's with us not removing anything just regular order of coffee). Muffin orders sauces are hit or miss. Takes forever sometimes to get them understand the order.

I have tried ordering the seasonal Candy Cane white hot chocolate with a double shot of espresso 6 times. Every single time no matter the Tim Hortons it is either a regular hot chocolate with no espresso, a candy cane hot chocolate with no espresso, a candy cane white hot chocolate with no espresso(close but still not what I ordered). It has been every combination you can think of other than what I order. The most frustrating part is they have it correct on the screen. If it is right there how is it always messed up?

I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. I waited for 5 minutes at the counter before anyone acknowledged me, even though two employees were visible and seemed to be cleaning. It would have made a big difference if one of them had at least said, "I'll be right with you, sir," instead of ignoring me entirely. To make matters worse, there was no one in the drive-thru at 6:21 PM, so it's not like they were too busy to help. This kind of poor customer service is unacceptable and needs improvement.
The guy at window so rude. I guess the weather is too cold for him.
