Came here last Thursday night to grab a tea and met two staff and was pleased with the great customer service, how clean the place is, and how good the food is. I believe Marc was the employee who showed me great service, suggesting me good drinks and food with great attitude and enthusiasm. Would want to keep coming here!

this place is one of the places i would keep on going even if just buying a small amount just because of how great their customer service are, every staffs makes you feel welcome. i came morning weekdays and no matter how busy they get, they still create a time to make customers feels theyre invited with their great tone and attitude. great thanks to Angie, Simran, Rahul, and Deepa is what i think their names are for giving a top notch customer service. yesterday night, there were two guys working, even if they were only two, they are great in working together and making the best food and drinks and shortening the lineup. The coffee I ordered was one of the best I ever tasted since a few months i lived in oakville. The two guys really are great with their work. Finding this underrated store is the best ever and would want to keep going here. Would be really bad if all staff i met here would be gone. Lastly, the short manager with great long hair has great personality with great humour and hes really a great guy. 10/10 place

I was just there the other day and want to share the incredible customer service I received. A certain employee whose name I learned was Marc was very kind and helpful with my order, it’s not usual for someone to get my complicated order down to a tea but he nailed it!

I'm captivated to how good this Tim Hortons is especially with all the great customer service they provide, one of the employees named Marc stands out and he has great customer service, I like how he confirmed the order with us and helps us remember if we miss any order. So great to have a person like that so people would feel welcome.

Refused to grill or toast a croissant. Apparently this location is able to make up their own decisions in how the franchise food is served. Can only microwave food here apparently. I hear Wendy's has a great breakfast these days. Guess my company will start dinning there instead.

I ordered the BBQ chicken loaded bowl…. but the portion is very small ….. how they can say is this LOADED…. .? Is this worth for 10 dollars…. DISAPPOINTED….. rubbish

Service was fast, however I was not happy with the way my food was made. My breakfast sandwich was sloppily thrown together and also not cut in half so I had to break it myself which got very messy and difficult to eat. It is disappointing when quality is sacrificed for speed.
