I ordered the BBQ chicken loaded bowl…. but the portion is very small ….. how they can say is this LOADED…. .? Is this worth for 10 dollars…. DISAPPOINTED….. rubbish

Service was fast, however I was not happy with the way my food was made. My breakfast sandwich was sloppily thrown together and also not cut in half so I had to break it myself which got very messy and difficult to eat. It is disappointing when quality is sacrificed for speed.

1star is just for this philipini manager who does’t have manners to talk to the customer and he needs to stop behaving like he is doing some favour on customers. Respect is what heneeds to learn… his staff knows but teach this guy how to give customer service.

The best thing I can say is this location has a pleasant staff. No bad experiences there and I have to single out a morning employee named Simran, she's incredibly friendly, welcoming and just has a genuine warmth to her.

I could not agree more with Google Guide Sarika's most recent comment regarding the excellent customer service of the staff here. I just witnessed the space surge from empty to a sudden swarm of customers, and I marvelled as the team sprang into action, opening a second checkout, serving all guests with a smile, and fulfilling their orders without a hitch. I hope the franchise owner shows appreciation to this amazing team.

The egg n cheese wrap they gave me with meat. This is so common here. Imagine if they were dealing with food which can cause allergies.
