I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff here are consistently friendly, patient, and quick, even during the busiest hours. Their service truly stands out and makes every visit pleasant.
A special shout‑out for keeping decaf black coffee available 24×7. It’s not easy to find a place that maintains fresh decaf around the clock, and I really appreciate the effort they put into making sure it’s always ready and tastes great.
Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and dedication. It’s the small things—like reliable service and a perfectly brewed cup of decaf—that keep customers like me coming back.

Every time I order a steeped tea, the staff hears it as coffee.
When I say two milks, they ring it up as three milks.
I honestly don’t know what else they might get wrong.

Absolutely rude! I just went through the drive through and wanted to cancel an order I made. I politely asked to do that and the south Asian girl with the glasses closed the window on my face. I work in customer service and I would never be rude to a customer who was trying their best to be polite. Otherwise, I find the staff here to be kind and polite. But for this one with the glasses, she’s terrible!

Terrible service! Out of my last 7 visit, they got 5 wrong. Even after saying my order twice they still got it wrong. The employees are rude and incompetent.

I come to this Tim Hortons a couple of times a week for lunch, and every visit has become increasingly frustrating. I understand this exact sandwich isn’t listed as a menu item, but Tim Hortons is a franchise that offers customized orders, and a simple turkey and cheddar sandwich should not be complicated. Yet every time, it turns into a confusing back-and-forth, and my sandwich is often made wrong or missing ingredients.
Today the staff were extremely rude and dismissive when I simply tried to clarify my order. I even asked if there was a better way I should be ordering it, and the person who took my order stepped in aggressively for no reason. With multiple staff members staring at me through the window, I felt intimidated and disrespected.
This has been an ongoing issue for months, and I’m shocked at how poor the service has become. If there has been a change in staff, it really shows. I’m not a satisfied customer, and I hope this location addresses these concerns. I would love a contact for head office to express to same concerns to them.

Excellent service! I only wanted potato wedges since they were out of wedges, I had to wait 15 minutes waiting for fresh ones. They gave me extra, in compensation for the wait.

I ordered a chai tea and it was cold within 10 seconds and i said that please re-hot in the oven she refused to warm it up i say i want to talk with your manager same thing manager repeat after further argument so i throw it. She say that i make a new one i say it’s same thing I am really disappointed from her customer service.
I don’t know why some tim Hortons refused to warm up the tea & why tim hortons hired stupid staff who don’t know customer importance.
If your chai tea is cold then why you make it just remove from the menu 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons for about 29 years, every day, sometimes twice a day. I was extremely disappointed by how the staff treated me recently.An SUV cut me off tried to hit my car and cut the line. They refused to serve me based on another customer’s accusation that I cut the line when I did not, they have cameras to verify,even though no staff member had actually seen what happened. When I asked directly whether anyone witnessed the situation, the answer was no.
Yet they told me to leave and they wouldn't serve me.
The way they spoke to me was rude and unprofessional, especially considering how long I’ve been a loyal customer. Will never return to this location again. Poor service.
