Every single time we order the candy cane white choc drink, they give us a regular hot chocolate. Considering the one we pay for is more expensive and the mere fact that we are given the wrong order on more than one occasion is frustrating

I go to this Tim Hortons alot, cause I work in the same plaza. My coffee was better than usual, but when I went to the bathroom. There was a family in there, that's fine. When the family left I went in, and when I was doing my business a man started banging on the door. Now I'm not sure if the man was banging on the mens door or the ladies door. "He asked if anyone was in there" I did not respond as I have personal issues when it comes to men and noises, But either way it was frightening. I think it's very inappropriate for a man to bang on a ladies bathroom door. If a woman needs to use the bathroom, she will use it. Time of the event 9:50 on Sat Nov 16. I no longer feel safe in this Tim Hortons, when using the bathroom be cautious.

I visited this place today, he food and atmosphere were awesome. The store needs to improve customer service. The store manager was a wonderful person, and he is good at customer service. It will be great if he can teach his skills to other employees as well. The girl with a spects she speaks to the customer like she might slap 😅. The thing that Tim Hortons needs to understand is for many of us the day starts from you guys, so a smiley face and good customer service mean a lot.

I ordered an Egg & Cheese Bagel BLT and the person packed me the Egg and Cheese and Bacon BLT. When I asked to correct the mistake the server with a harsh tone said that I asked for bacon. But started to make a new one without changing gloves. A very poor service.

Always frustrating at Tims because they prioritize the drive thru. 8pm. There are 4 people at the drive thru. They make Eye contact but ignore you. The young girl at the front is making pizzas and calls for someone to come to the front. Clearly no one wanted to come based on their actions and conversation.

This location is the only time horton location i go to now. They are so nice they always get my food right. They always know what i want right away. And they also have memorized my regular order!!! 1000/100 experience
the food wasn’t fresh, I went inside and stood waiting to be served. I was first in line and was ignored for way too long. Longer than any Tim Hortons that I’ve been to. Also the place wasn’t clean. You could see lots and lots of dirty fingerprints on the glass doors. The floors looked dirty and it didn’t smell very good. I got a response from the owner to contact them but of course the contact information just loops you around getting no where.
