I come to this location pretty often since I work nearby. One thing I’ve consistently noticed is that the staff don’t wear gloves when handling food—whether it’s making sandwiches, pouring coffee, or grabbing donuts from the display. It’s a concerning from a hygiene standpoint.

Rude staff, used to be 24 hours but they now close their indoor section after 11 pm. Do not allow pedestrians to walk thru drive through after hours. Staff ignore walk in customers due to always being on drive thru side, even when customers are right in front of them. They did not update their website for the correct timings as it still says midnight - 11 59 pm

They claim my Tim apps is not working, charge me twice via app and scanned my app many many times to refund unsuccessfully. 30 minutes into the process, manager Grace refuse to give me my food. Ruin my day. They are blaming Tim app and me the user but not the store personnel bad training....I am using Tim app since beginning with no problem, just in this location. I wonder why.....

Service takes forever, had the entire staff standing around not taking orders and only one person was serving people and was arguing with every customer. Food is always messed up too and coffee is constantly burnt, I normally like tims a lot but this location is awful
One of the quickest and cleanest Timmie's that I've ever been to. Coffee was delicious. More so than my usual Timmie's regular. Magic touch I guess

Tim Hortons has generally not been the same for a while, but every now and then there’s an odd one out of the bunch that does alright. This location is the odd one out. Almost.
The food prepared here is as far as I’m concerned, fresh (as fresh as Tim’s gets) and made fairly well. All other menu items such as coffees, cold beverages, pastries, etc are good as well.
This location suffers from looooong wait times both inside and outside. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with not enough staff as from what I can see there are usually a good amount of people there, or just slow workers. Regardless, several times it has taken upwards of 5-10+ minutes just to get through the drive through for a coffee. Thought I’d try going inside, while slightly faster, still took some time.
Can’t speak much for the atmosphere, it’s a Tim Hortons. For the times I have gone inside it looked clean and well kept Although I’m not usually paying attention to that. All in all, good location especially for the food as I’ve had issues with other locations in the area with food preparation. But needs some work on their efficiency.

The wrap and the cold brew was tasty, but the boston donut had no filling in it :( The server was kind and fast so no complaints about that
