I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit. The service was slow and unprofessional, and the staff seemed poorly trained and uninterested in helping customers. My order was incorrect, and when I pointed it out, the response was rude and dismissive instead of apologetic.

Stopped by to get coffee, place looked clean so I tried the chicken parmesan pizza. It did take a few minutes and it was cooked perfectly, fresh and light, like a snack version of pizza but quite filling. Coffee was decent as well. The holiday decorations looked real cozy and the place was well kept. Great spot to catch up with friends or have a quick nice snack.

The Tim Hortons at 2322 Royal Windsor Drive and Ford Drive is an exceptional place for great service and great food. The staff from the manager on down go out of their way because you stopped at this Tim Horton's. The Manager and a woman called Brenda and another gentleman whose name I did not get, are always willing to make you a happy returning customer. The general all around great staff are always there for you when you come to the counter or drive through. They greet you pleasantly! I will rate this restaurant a ten out of ten. Even though the rating goes to five. This restaurant is exceptionally clean and has a really cozy feel like their commercials state. Whether you dine in or take it out you will always come back.

Ordered two hot chocolates and they were undrinkable. The smell was horrendous and the taste was like sewage water. I used to love Tim’s hot chocolate but the quality has gone way down to the point it’s not even edible.

I don’t understand how a simple order can be this hard. I asked for a French vanilla with hot chocolate and an espresso shot nothing wild and somehow it still couldn’t be made. It’s literally three things. If a basic mix like that is confusing, what hope is there for anything else?
