I often stop by the Tim Hortons at 1289 Marlborough and it’s always a great experience. The staff here are friendly and welcoming, and they handle the busy times really well. My orders are made quickly and always come out fresh — especially the coffee and breakfast sandwiches. The store is clean and well-kept, which makes it a comfortable spot to sit and enjoy. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons locations in the area!

These guys are so slow, even there is a line up they will take they sweet time
I have been going to this Tim’s for 12 years. Last straw for me at this place today. They continually interrupt you at the drive thru when you are trying to order, at least twice a week they get my order wrong, staff are rude, today I sat for 10 mins in the drive thru while they tried to figure out how to get money for a coffee from the customer in front of me. They have seen my last $$. They lost a customer over a few bucks. Been getting worse for years. They have a serious leadership problem.

This Tim Hortons location is an absolute joke. I ordered an Ice Capp and what I got was a sloppy, watery mess that tasted like someone just gave up halfway through making it. Completely the wrong flavor, barely blended, and somehow both too sweet and totally flavorless at the same time. Do the employees even care anymore? It’s not rocket science — just make the drink I actually ordered. Sick of wasting money on garbage. Won’t be coming back.

Time Hortons service is not good , lady says they do not participate in Tim Hortons offers , they have Tim Hortons franchise but they don’t offer the deals whatever normal Tim Hortons offer……. And when I ask in detail, lady find another excuse that their system is not working even it was online…..Don’t recommend to go their

Trash! I ordered a Toasted Marshmallow Cold Brew and was given an iced coffee!!!!!! I ordered also 2 Dragonfruit and Pineapple and they gave some unknown drink. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!! They don't even add straws with drinks either.
