Debby personally ruined my experience. She is rude and blunt for absolutely no reason. Lady, you are working in customer service maybe don’t be rude to the customers you are serving. Get a grip. Just because your life is sad doesn’t mean you have to be rude.

If I could give them a zero, I would. The staff seems oblivious and doesn't recognize what they are giving to customers. It's outrageous that they talk back and refuse to acknowledge their mistakes. They even hung up on me while I was trying to file a complaint. This is not even about us giving money back this is about the responsibility.
