I came in Thursday afternoon and had to wait 10 minutes just for a cup of coffee. The staff were polite, but the store seemed very short-staffed. 2 person running whole store not enough,Management needs to step up—don’t be cheap and schedule more people so customers aren’t left waiting this long.

I bought 4 coffees yesterday and when I got to work I dropped!completely my fault I went back and want to buy 4 more clerk at the window was the same person and asked why I came back in matter of minutes and buying the exact same thing (4 coffees) I explained I dipped them I didn’t know she went to her manager and brought her , she asked me about it and I told her it was my fault and nothing to do with her store service,she decided to give them to me at no charge In these days which you don’t see much of good service it was great move and I really appreciated Thank you

I loved the coffee here. Consistent good quality and I come most mornings. Very efficient service here as well. Good location too. If you come at the right time, you could see beautiful Sunrise with a cup of coffee at hand.

This Tim Hortons shares a spot with Wendy’s and has plenty of seating, which makes it a nice place to sit and chat.
The garlic bread was really good, and the potato wedges were fresh and tasty. Service was friendly and quick.
The coffees were hot and well-made, just the way they should be.
Overall, a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal or coffee break.
Very good service by all of the team members. Specially both the managers are so nice to everyone. Quantity and quality are excellent.

I just wanted to say you’re really good at your job. Every time we come in, you’re quick, you get my order right, and you’re always friendly without overdoing it. Honestly, that makes a big difference. I’ve been to plenty of other spots where the service feels rushed or half interested, but you actually make it feel like you care without making it awkward.
You’ve been consistently nice to both of us, and we really appreciate it. Even when it’s busy and there’s a line, you don’t let the stress show. You still manage to be polite, keep things moving, and somehow make it feel like we’re regulars, even if it’s just coffee and Timbits. That’s not easy to pull off, but you make it look natural.
It’s little things — like remembering how i usually order, or actually making small talk that isn’t forced that stand out. You make the place feel more welcoming, and it’s one of the reasons we keep coming back. We might come in for the food and coffee, but the good service makes it even better.
