Long Wait Times: The lack of staff led to long lines, both inside and at the drive-thru. Waiting 15–20 minutes for a coffee was frustrating and far from the quick service you’d expect. 3. Visited During Christmas: I visited during the Christmas season, and while it’s understandable that this is a busy time of year, it seemed like the location was unprepared for the holiday rush. Better planning and staffing could have improved the experience significantly. 4. Employee Effort: Despite being short-staffed, the employees were working hard and remained courteous under pressure. Unfortunately, their efforts couldn’t make up for the delay. 5. Overall Experience: While the coffee and food were up to standard once served, the waiting time and lack of efficiency negatively impacted the overall experience.
Recommendation for Management: Tim Hortons should focus on proper staffing during all shifts, especially in the afternoons and during busy holiday seasons like Christmas, to meet customer demand and maintain its reputation for quick service.
Until this issue is addressed, I might avoid visiting during these hours or around the holidays.

Terrible experience always. I come here daily and at this point I’ve had enough I will drive farther to go to a different Tim Hortons .
They give you less chicken than they should in the chicken wrap And give you wrong/missing items all the time

I passed by and found their home when I got off Highway 403. The place is very clean and large, and the food is delicious. The most surprising thing is that there is a Chinese manager, haha, I don't speak English, so it is more convenient for me to order food with her. Everyone here is very welcoming. Come back next time.

Since this restaurant is near my house, I visit here regularly. As usual the coffee is always fresh, employees are friendly and patient. No matter how busy they are, I can always see the warm smile on their faces. That’s why I like to keep visiting. Good job.

Nov 23 2024 This is the tea i got, probably the worst tea I ever had from a tim. Got potato wedges, which was salty and old. Ordered a steep tea, which took 15 mnts and tasted like spoiled milk. Staff was too rude too I should have asked for receipt.

Cashier couldn’t understand what I was saying over the drive-thru, and when I got my donut this is what it looked like.
Its seems this tim hortons location has a culture of displaying extremely rude and arrogant attitude to customers. From the reviews it seems its all lip service regarding customer complaints.
I was there yesterday 17th oct at 11.17 am and was trying to order some food for my colleagues. It wasn't busy in the store and had to call my colleagues to inquire on what food they wanted. Hence i gave the order to the manager (Chahat) and then my other colleague wanted changed his order. Hence i told the manager to revise the order to include the new food. Immediately she snapped at me to make up my mind and stop wasting time giving an order..i explained that i had to take the order via phone hence the delay and she went on giving a lecture. I was astonished and apologised that it was my fault coming to the location since she wasnt patient while the store wasnt busy. I asked her if she was in my shoes and someone wanted something else via phone what would she do? It was a bad experience and dont think it reflects respect nor value for customers who patronize the location. Management please investigate this complaints from the reviews and help educate the manager on how to handle customers so you dont lose more customers...very concerned about this!

This place feels like home! I spent my thanksgiving here because I had no where to go, all the staff here treated me so like family. Had a wonderful holiday spent here. Everything I had was good and the fire place was cozy for the chilly weather.

The egg and cheese English muffin was perfectly cooked, with a fluffy muffin and just the right amount of cheese—it was a delicious start to my day. The Nutella cold brew was a delightful surprise; rich and creamy with a perfect balance of sweetness. And I can't forget the Oreo cookie—crispy and chocolatey, it was the perfect treat to round out my meal. Overall, everything was fresh and flavorful.
