Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I used to visit this location regularly, but not anymore. There was a small misunderstanding while placing my drive-thru order—I wanted one steeped tea, not two. Instead of handling it professionally, the male staff member started using abusive words in Punjabi and spoke in an aggressive, arrogant manner. He even told me to come to the window in a threatening way, which made me very uncomfortable.

I’ve been a Tim Hortons customer for a long time and have never experienced behavior like this. Completely unacceptable.

On Tuesday, December 2nd, at around 11:45 a.m., I had a very unpleasant and unhygienic experience at the Tim Hortons drive-thru located at 111 Cross Ave, Oakville, ON L6J 2W7, Canada.

After placing my order, I drove up to the payment window. The employee took my payment, then immediately rubbed her nose, grabbed a napkin, sneezed, and wiped her nose. Without washing or sanitizing her hands afterward, she proceeded to handle my coffee and lunch and passed them to me.

I was shocked by the lack of basic hygiene, especially from someone handling food and beverages. I felt compelled to tell her that she should wash her hands after touching her nose. This level of hygiene is unacceptable and concerning.
