The manager? Only put one tea bag in my large tea. I went back to fix and they gave me another bag to put in the cup, tea was already cold by then I asked for a cup of hot water. The worst tea I've had fromTim's. The person is shortchanging g customers

It took me 30 min to buy a few gift cards - first they screwed up a few times at drive through then said we have to resolve it inside - then mess with a refund. No apologies either. Not rocket science - train your employees better Tim Hortons!!

im sorry i rarely leave reviews we have lived nearby for a year and this is consistently The worst tim hortons weve ever been to. everything barring the cookies and coffee is just so much worse than other tims, donuts are soggy with way too much icing and like theve been sitting around for too long, the wraps are smaller and worse quality idk. not good

My daughter brought me a hot chocolate around 9.30pm or so. it was the worst hot chocolate I have ever had in 30 yrs of me being in Toronto. It was nothing but hot water with a sprinkle of hot chocolate maybe in it. And my wife's was the same. And again today she got me a French vanilla, of course from a different location in Milton (Thompson & Louis st. Laurent ave). This was only 70% filled in a medium size cup and tasted watery. Since we have moved to this area all we have had is disappointment with Tim's. I have more stories. The Tim's at James Snow Pkwy and Main in the Esso Gas station was out of hash browns 3 Sundays in a row during breakfast time around 9.15am or so.I guess these guys need to go back to basics and learn how to do things. Very Sad that our favorite coffee shop is not up to its mark in this part of the city.

If there was an option of ZERO I would give that to this location merely due to the fact that it is owned by THE MOST RUDE, ILL MANNERED OWNER, who probably has no educational background in customer service and does not know ABC of manners. I feel really sorry for the staff, there has to be a human resource person to go visit this place without disclosing their ID to see if they are working in safe environment.I am a Dentist, I was meeting someone to have a cup of coffee and at the same time that colleague was there to help me with something. it was a quick 10 min top meet, that ended up long when owner barged in an extremely rude. " What's going on here?" What are you people doing." There is a way to say things .. we were dumbfounded.. people were watching, we felt humiliated...she said we can't conduct business..it wasn't what she said, it was her condescending demeanour.People meet to discuss anything or everything at TIMS I have been in this country for so long never have I ever encountered this RUDE behaviour, I wear Hijab, and her face, I wish I had the camera at that moment.. we were shaken up and then we thought to leave the coffee and just go to other TIMS... I abide by all rules, we do not deserve this kind of attitude, had she been polite we would be ok to hear anything .. there is a way to talk to customers!I am very sorry to see people like her in Canada, no manners, tone of voice brutal. The way she said it could have been a lot better, she needs to be taught how to speak English properly and probably review the use of vocabulary in any business of how to be polite.

The store owner requires a refresher course on customer service skills. Reported to the head office.

Excuses me??? I am speaking to the manager who run the place or may be she is??? Would you eat that dounats??? I just got the coffee and walked out...

Starbucks is more expensive but gives you what you ask for instead of arguing with you or making rude comments. Some of the staff gets far too personal, it is creepy. You are strangers.

I want to leave a review about an Oakville Place employee. similar to shift leader or manager as she acts sassy and terribly rude to customers and employees. very often I notice how clients begin to quarrel with her, creatinga queue of dissatisfied customers, pours half a cup of coffee does not respond to requests at all. shows rudeness and twists her face. there is no desire to come to Tims to replace her. turn around and leave. If I'm not mistaken, the girl's name is Nancy. my morning begins with Tims, but I will never go there if she is there.
