I recently visited this place with a group of colleagues and students for a French café experience. Despite having spoken to the bakery staff in person and being assured about the reservation, our arrival was met with appalling rudeness and disrespect from the owner.Upon entering the nearly empty café with my group, we were immediately berated by the owner from a distance. Instead of approaching us politely, he loudly questioned where he could possibly seat us. Knowing that everyone was able to sit without any assistance because the cafe was almost empty. His tone was demeaning, loud, disrespecting and unwelcoming, completely at odds with the hospitality one would expect.We were deeply disappointed by the lack of respect and courtesy displayed by the owner. This was my second year bringing students to support local business, and regretfully, it will be the last. Despite being a former regular customer on a personal level, I will not be returning, and neither will my colleagues nor the parent who accompanied us. We were shocked by the owner's behavior, and we will not recommend this place to anyone else seeking a French culinary experience.

Food is good, plain croissants and bread are amazing. Sweets are good, overall but extremely expensive! However, the reason I rated this place with 1 star is because as a Christian , going into a place where is displayed cross on the doorway and right under 2SLGBTQiA+ flag, that is not standing well with me. You can’t be a Christian and 2SLGBTQIA+ ! Choose a side and I will not be offended! ?

Best croissants in town. The wonderful ambiance transports you to Paris and you feel like you are sitting in a pâtisserie along the Seine. The staff treat you like family. Love it. ❤️?
Rudest people ever. For some reason, they feel that they are doing their customers a favor for letting them in especially when treating customers from a different background and faith. I stood for ten minutes, witnessed the lady fighting with three different customers, yelling left and right. Don't open to public if you are not ready to serve them nicely and just after their money.

Lili was very nice, and I got to use my French :) The ham & cheese croissant with side salad and rice pudding were delicious. Afterward, my friend and I had a delicious GF coconut dessert with lattées. The atmosphere is very pretty... Parisienne decor.
