The butter tart didn't live up to its price. 4.50 for small size and so so flavor. The coffee was good.

Excellent visit this afternoon. Ordered some coffees and doughnut. Flat whites were some of the best we’ve had. Service was excellent with two great baristas, even got some sightseeing tips. Would happily come back for the coffee and the convo 👍

Wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. We ordered a mocha and an iced oatmilk latte and both were yummy!

I don’t give negative reviews easily, but the attitude of the staff today was truly unacceptable. I had high hopes after reading so many great reviews, and while the coffee was undeniably good, the service completely ruined the experience. The staff were dismissive and unwelcoming, and the space felt unclean. Really disappointing visit overall.

Unwelcoming staff and zero effort to help, asked if there was space and got a shrug and “I don’t know.” The coffee might be great, but the attitude ruins the experience. Won’t be back.

The service, service, and service….people in many expensive places don’t care about service at all. They forgot about positivity and hospitality. It’s typical business in today’s world.

Trendy coffee place in downtown Oakville. We had two white chocolate hazelnut lattes for $14 and they were delicious!! The portion size was great! There is a good amount of seating with more in the back of the cafe. The selection of treats and coffee is delightful!! This is a must stop into if you’re in Downtown Oakville!!

I had the misfortune to go to Tribeca yesterday for a coffee just before it closed at 4 pm. Unfortunately, I didn’t know that because its hours weren’t posted either on its door or front window. I ordered a flat white from one of its two baristas and as I took my first sip, was accosted by an order to leave the premises, along with about a dozen other patrons, by the other barista. They didn’t seem to know that it closed at 4pm either. It was the manner in which we were all ordered out which was most disturbing. If she’d had a stick, I’m sure she would have beaten us with it to hurry us out. Given the number of coffee chains (and independent ones) on that stretch of downtown Oakville, I wondered why she was alienating her customers. Not a pleasant experience and not one that I’m going to repeat. Tribeca could and should do better in its interactions with its customers.

Very nice spot for coffee in Downtown Oakville. When we visited the place was super busy but the staff seemed well organized and the service was pretty fast. The baristas were very friendly and outgoing.

Great cafe to study, chill, and converse with your friends. I absolutely adore the friendly atmosphere here, I instantly felt welcomed the moment I walked in. Along with the array of drinks, there’s a variety of tasty pastries. I got a butter tart with the Maple Syrup Latte, and it was a great mix of sweet and bitter. There’s free to use board games, great for group gatherings. Overall, come here for a cozy time!

Went in this morning to try out this coffee shop after hearing the fritters were amazing
Although donuts aren’t available Monday and Tuesday… I grabbed their butter tarts instead to try- s’mores butter tart and original and grabbed an iced caramel latte ( iced cafe caramel)
Amazing!! The staff are so friendly and honestly were kind and apologetic when explaining the donuts availability
The vibe and coffee were great, Made the trek from Mississauga worth it and I’ll definitely be going back tomorrow to try out the donuts with their delicious iced coffee again

UPDATE: went back this morning and got the iced cafe caramel.. in a Large this time and again it was amazing!! The quality was consistent which is great when it comes to my morning coffee being a mom of 4.. Definately a Serious thing lol! So I appreciate the fact that they take time to make it perfect for you👌 and everyone is so friendly!! I love that!! They’re not just whipping up a coffee for u in silence they really take the time to have a quick chat it’s a much better vibe than other coffee shops that just quick make and toss a drink at u the service was lovely!
Finally.. the Donutssssss
I got to try the spiced Gala Apple donut and the Tid Bits .. delicious AF the doughnut itself was so fluffy and soft and light and then the filling was literally how they explained.. like the middle of an apple pie the flavour was soo good and the tim bits were soft and not too sweet bite sized and addictive they’re both definitely a must try. Looking forward to going back and trying more

This is going to be a long one.
I hate giving bad reviews because my family is into this industry. However, I have to write this because my beautiful morning was spoiled with bad customer service.
My partner and I visited this place for grabbing a coffee and some quick bite. We ordered 2 coffees, spinach croissant, veggie sandwich and a lemon and poppy muffin.
I requested to warm the muffin, the server took the muffin with attitude. I waited for around 7- 10 min. but she was busy with other orders. I checked with her and her attitude was very casual, mentioning - i don know how much time as its getting warm. Thats fine. i understand it could get busy, but the response was so casual and in a way rude. Anyway got the muffin, went to my table to have it with my already cold cappuccino which was hot earlier. As soon as I had my first bite, the muffing was half-baked and i could help to puke it out. My partner went to her and checked that it is not baked properly. The answer was it is vegan so the taste is like that. Commonnn seriously we know the taste of half-baked dough. The answer was so casual and she did not care to answer politely or say anything to accept it. Horrible service and staffs not at all trained in hospitality, which is the foremost skill for any cafe or restaurant. Interestingly, there were staffs name at the counter board for the employee of the month- LOKE was the name of the server if I caught right.
My first and last time here. Coffee was definitely good but I feel customer service is important. I came back very disappointed.
