She’s super friendly, knows how to make great drinks, and is always up for a fun conversation, especially if you’re into sports. She really makes the place feel like home. If you’re ever there, definitely ask for her—she’s a big reason we keep coming back!

We had two items of the summer menu: the burger with gorgonzola and the watermelon salad served with chicken skewers. Both great! We shared a dessert: the skor brownie and it was amazing! The service was great too.

Turtle Jack's Oakville is our family's go-to restaurant - great food, and today, the best service we've ever had!
Hats off to to our server Michael who anticipated our every need and was kind and courteous from start to finish. He was flexible when we changed our food orders, he was kind and not condescending with our kids (and also gave us great feedback when they were being polite and respectful!), he checked on us at the right times to ensure hot food and correct orders without interrupting conversations, and made us feel cared for and heard throughout our entire dining experience.
Please give Michael the credit he deserves for his excellent service and attention to detail - we hope to see him again soon! :)
