Had a great time here. The restaurant is family friendly, everyone is so welcoming and the food was tasty. We tried their calamari, burgers and basa main. Our server was very friendly and service was quick.

A Tuesday evening with a half full restaurant so not sure why we waited well over 20 minutes to never be greeted by a server after being seated. The hostess passed by twice, smiled, could clearly see we were waiting to be helped … no offer to grab us a waiter or even some water to hold us over (it seemed like the AC was down because it was also boiling HOT in there). We got up to leave and the hostess suddenly noticed us and said “have a great night” not impressed and no idea why this type of service was given but it’s sub par and I’m happy not to have wasted my money and further time there.

Had to sit and watch 4 tables come in after me and still get served first. I had been seated at a table for 40 minutes and still nobody had come over. When I finally got to my salad there was dirt in it. Absolutely avoid!

I went at lunch and I think this was the perfect time to go. There was great service, our server (Helena) was super friendly and the food came very quickly! I had the chicken fingers and I really enjoyed how they had a decent amount of real chicken, the fries also had a nice seasoning. I also really liked the choice of music playing and how it wasn’t too loud. Overall I had a great experience!

Atmosphere and vibes are very nice but service is quite slow. The food is exceptional and the quesadillas were quite yummy
We used to come here all the time and wanted to pop in and check out the latest menu items. Service was fantastic, food was ok, but atmosphere was so uncomfortable due to how COLD it is in there. Can they not turn on the heat????!! Hopefully when someone takes it over they will pay their heating bills.
This location has really gone downhill. Grubby eg front doors smeared with fingerprints & sticky menu & table. Overcooked hamburger. Very few diners with music blaring. Won’t be back.

My first mistake, I ordered the ribs. They were meat was tough & chewy. Wish I had ordered something else. Waitress apologized, but I’d have liked a free dessert or something off the bill
