We accidentally ordered from the wrong restaurant (wrong town) when called and explained the issue and asked to see if a partial refund could be given or even a credit for a partial order. The store refused even after speaking to Manager. They were abrupt, disinterested, rude and lacked empathy for our mistake which we fully acknowledged. In the interest of customer service we would have come back to this location furthermore would have given this store high recommendations that they would help us out. Says a lot about the manager … it’s not about customer service and having return customers - it’s about money.

Used the Good to go app. Got 4 pieces of pizza for $4.99. The pizza was good. The place is very small, no seating. Parking is free. Conveniently located on sixth line.

Used to come to these place all the time in high school. Came in recently, the 3 workers are wearing blue gloves, touching the machine and cash without replacing gloves and then touching the pizza dough. Kinda nasty.

Do not use their online ordering system, they do not track it. I ordered their pizza and no one knew about my order. They didn’t even try to make it right. Pizza is decent and good for a quick meal.

Worst experience. Pizza was so late, staff were not helpful. I ordered $70 worth of pizza for coworkers. It came after our lunch break had ended. I was offered a $3 discount as an apology. Unacceptable.
