Absolutely horrendous service. They gave me an entirely different burger than I ordered. The food was hot, but they completely got my order wrong completely.

The people at the drive-thru don't listen to what you want. They just kind of just give you what they want to serve you that day but the food wasn't bad. It's just not what I wanted or ordered. So go to the drive-thru with an open mind. The lady at the drive-thru doesn't care about us

Absolutely the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They didn’t even put any lettuce in the wraps we ordered and the customer service was horrible. Do not eat here!

Fries were stale even after asking for no salt with hopes they would be fresh. Chicken fingers were dry. I called the restaurant to complain and the GM just argued insisting the fries were fresh. My first time at this location and likely my last since food quality is not a priority and neither is customer service. A GM arguing with the customer is unbelievable.

I recently went thru the drive-through at this location on October 2nd, around 6:30 pm. My husband order dinner but when he arrived home and checked the bags and the bill to ensure we paid for everything, of no surprise we found that items were missing. When I called the location to report the issue, the manager was unwilling to provide replacement food, as they seemed to not comprehend the concept of missing items. Consequently, we had to return to the location, which then resulted in the other food becoming cold. When I explained the situation to the manager, she stated that she was too busy to deal with the issue and hung up the phone. Is this not the job of the manager ? IE to manage the store, the staff and the customers.
I believe that the management staff at this location require improvement to effectively handle customer complaints. Given the current job market, with numerous individuals seeking employment, it is essential to have competent staff. The manager's inability to acknowledge and address customer concerns is unacceptable, the owner of this location should be aware of these situations and concerns. It is their responsibility to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service. I hope you will take my comment seriously and consider the impact on future customers.

On Thursday September 25, 2025 at about 17:40 local time, I came here and the manager was really rude as I popped up the drive thru and she would not open the door at all or bother to take my order. Idk who promoted her as worker I was literally in my car that day and no one respected me in the drive through. They also gave me the chicken frozen when it clearly says fresh never frozen. Also, the worker named Saahil spat on the food and didn’t bother getting me a new one. Never coming again and I hope something happens to the so called “manager” on that day

Night staff refused to serve me, and barely wanted to acknowledge me, it's a shame because morning staff is amazing. Won't be coming back.
