Kinda salty because this is the third time I’ve ordered though uber eats from this location, only for one or more of my items to be missing! This time it was my medium frosty and on a hot day like today; I was really looking forward to it. Last time it was my burger and the time before that, my drink and fries. I’m not usually one to post negative reviews but come on guys, please be more aware when packing orders. I know it can get busy but this isn’t cool.

This location is the worst location in whole GTA . We waited for almost 15 mins in drive thru and there is only one car in whole row. We visit the store and order from inside and get the food but cars in the drive thru are still in the same position. They need to increase their staff during busy hours.

The worst Wendy's ever, people that work there is horrible. Burger was mushed, fries are fried with old oil, just horrible. How can we get this place closed permanently, this pace should not be able to carry-on like this.

Pathetic experience with drive-through, the younger girls working there are absolutely rude and hate it if you take a second more to order. Customer service is a joke to them, clearly. They messed up our order and then had the audacity to get irritated when we said that we want what we ordered and not other replacements. We are at this location very frequently and we’re often greeted well and treated wonderfully by an older lady. I don’t know if this review will do much but if the management is reading, you need to really have a word with the younger girls and tell them to not take up night shifts if they can’t be decent to customers. I understand that a late night shift is tiring and difficult but I have worked in a customer facing job as well and know that it doesn’t take much to at least be polite.

Seems like this place is under new management. This place is clean even during the busy time. Food was done a lot quicker and there was attention paid to my order. I hated coming to this location before. Hopefully it continues to improve and continue to be better than it was a few months ago.

I don’t usually write reviews but after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru for my food, receiving my food cold and being treated horribly makes me want to warn people to avoid this place. Also no tomato means no tomato, it’s a good thing i check due to allergies anyway.

Good evening, I have been coming to this particular location a couple times, and the service and the food, has always been good. This evening I was in, ordered on the kiosk for two baked potatoes with extra cheese and chives. The manger on duty advised me, I could only have one potato as they were out, and it would be a 10 minute wait. I had asked for a refund, and went on my way. I was so hungry, but kept my cool, and when I got home, I opened up the packaging to only see a little tiny bit of cheese and a whole lot of chives. I had to add on at home myself, which if I wanted to eat at home, I would have, but I wanted to eat out. I do really dislike complaining, but as a business owner myself this particular service to me is unacceptable. Not to mention, a guy in front of me, was served first, before I got my meal, making my food cold. All in all, I think will have my potatoes at home going forward. Very disappointing!

I’ve come to this location enough times now to realize that there is an obvious management issue. It’s a mess. Garbage overflowing. All of the surfaces are sticky and gross. Floor is sticky. Employees are slow and completely aloof. Manager seems like she’s just there so she doesn’t get fined. The management issue is GLARINGLY clear given the fact that the Tim Horton’s side DOES NOT look like this. Someone from head office needs to come in and get this place in order.

When you ask for a combo, they ask “Medium or Large” like those are your only options with no mention of an upgrade… Its misleading. I asked if they get a lot of people upgrading, they said yes. Well, obviously - there was no mention of a small.
