Nice location, close to the nice neighborhoods in Oakville. My review is for the manager. A young Indian student was cleaning up, without gloves. Picked up the mat in front of the drink dispenser. I had to order a Chili for my wife, we are both seniors. She came to the counter and took my order, I was shocked, she was cleaning up without gloves, threw the mat behind the counter without gloves and proceeded to take my order . She was polite but cleanliness is important. The management should put procedures in place.

Horrible, and I mean absolutely horrible customer service. They dont listen and only stick a 'script' instead of trying to actually understand the problem, which was from their own end to begin with.
There is another Wendy's a 5 min drive from here and I highly recommend you go there instead.

Iv worked across the street from this location for over ten years and love it ! Friendly service, they remember me and my order. Honestly no complaints minus the AC isn't working so I haven't been over for two days

June 13, 2025 We decided to stop by here tonight to get 2 small poutines & a JBC. We then drove to a park nearby, and decided to eat in the car quickly before starting our walk. Once we opened the burger to remove the bacon, we found 2 long strands of hair. Disgusting.
Anyhow, after 3 hours when we left the park, we decided to return and ask for a replacement burger. The 2 ladies at the drive thru window were surprised, but then opened the burger and also saw the hair strands. They gave us a replacement burger and an extra pop for the inconvenience. We left satisfied because nowadays, most fast food restaurants don’t even acknowledge their mistakes and would (almost!) never offer an extra item as part of a recompense. Yes, it’s unfortunately a low bar like this in the year 2025.

Drive thru employees are terrible. Don't listen to what you have to say at the speaker, and try to rush you through, then when you have to correct them at the window they have an attitude and no customer service skills whatsoever. Best to just go to Subway across the parking lot.i wish I could give 0/5 stars for this place

I recently visited this newly renovated Wendy’s and was really impressed! The space looks modern and fresh, and everything was spotless—from the dining area to the restrooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It’s clear they take pride in keeping the place clean and providing great service. Definitely one of the best Wendy’s locations I’ve been to!
