This place does not have any straws for drinks or they lie about it so when they make you a drink and put there nasty hands all over the cover lid they expect you to Drink from it so Gross and unsanitary. Never going back here .

Nice location, close to the nice neighborhoods in Oakville. My review is for the manager. A young Indian student was cleaning up, without gloves. Picked up the mat in front of the drink dispenser. I had to order a Chili for my wife, we are both seniors. She came to the counter and took my order, I was shocked, she was cleaning up without gloves, threw the mat behind the counter without gloves and proceeded to take my order . She was polite but cleanliness is important. The management should put procedures in place.

There is another Wendy's a 5 min drive from here and I highly recommend you go there instead.
