I mean, the employee practically gave my drink a full-body massage, touching every inch of the lid, and now I'm supposed to just put my lips on it like that’s totally fine? Come on, Wendy’s, I didn’t realize we were sharing this kind of bond! The employee looked me in the eye and said they don't give out straws, but I could have a straw since they had an extra lol

This Wendy’s is the only one who will give you half your meal so it can get cold while they prepare your burger or chicken. I don’t mind waiting for my food but I do when they give me half the meal without the toppings and ask I wait 4-5 mins. I would have returned my meal had I not been so hungry.

Wendy’s is usually my default go to restaurant, however, this particular location seems to not provide training to their new employees. They also don’t seem to hire people with any customer service skills. Due to this, this place is a nightmare to order from in the evenings. Spent 30 mins trying to get my order sorted. Ended up giving up and leaving.
