The same person that threw out the garbage, touched the cash register, and also prepared the food....no gloves in any of the three mentioned actions above. Wow. Hygiene at its poorest. Came back on Dec 26 to give it another try and there are no employees and the place is closed at 9 am. Pfft Timmies again it is.

I would highly recommend to stay away from this place. But if you end up going here, don’t let this lady serve you. So rude and wasn’t paying attention to what she was doing. She looks straight at me and said hello. I said hello back. She then told me she wasn’t talking to me, I assume she was talking on the headset but how was it to know? Then after asked me what I wanted. I asked if I could place an order. And she told me to wait. She walked away and came back and started serving someone else. I had to speak up to get served. I wasn’t given a receipt at time of purchase and it wasn’t in the bag either. My order was extremely simple spicy chicken sandwich without tomato. But I still got tomato. This place had lots of staff So that wasn’t an issue they just look extremely unorganized. I’ll never go here again

I purchased a kids meal today and when I got home my child was upset that it was a Halloween book. You would think they would have had something Christmas themed. It seems it was a leftover. Thought we would try Wendy’s but will go back to McDonald’s.

I recently went here and I had a bad experience. There was no smile or greeting at all and the cashier and other employees appeared really unpleasant and unwelcoming. The entire visit was uncomfortable since it seemed like they were upset or didn't want to be there. A little kindness goes a long way thus customer service needs to be improved.
