I live nearby and have stopped going to this location. Too often I get literally raw hamburgers. It really seems like there is a lot of disgruntled workers at this particular place. The drive through hardware seems to have constant issues as you can usually not hear them ... either that or they just can't be bothered to move the mic closer to their mouths. Not everyone at this location sucks, occasionally you get someone cheerful and engaged. But very occasional.

We ordered one spicy and one classic, but received both classic instead.(23rd Jan at 11pm).

When we tried to explain the issue, the lady at the drive thru counter was very rude, kept arguing, and did not listen to us at all. Her tone was disrespectful, and the situation was handled very poorly.

Please consider hiring staff with better customer service skills, because this experience was extremely disappointing.

Worse place ever.. This is the closest location to my work. I've been here a few times and there is always an issue with their food, there was a hair in my food, and my salad was stale, the manager was so rude.. I won't be going back to this location, I've given them a chance and they keep on disappointing

Been going to this Location for 8 Years and never have any bad Experience..Excellent Customer Service…Food is Always Well and Freshly Prepared.Indoor Dine In Area, Can get busy at times. Parking is Available. Irony is that People always Rush to post a review when they have negative experience but Never post a review in appreciation. That is my reason for this place to have 3.8 Rating.

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE APP. My name came up on someone else’s order receipt. They refused to give me my order even after showing them the receipt through the app, email and transaction through my bank app. They said payment was pending when I showed them and I said it’s a credit card it pends for days. They would not give me my food. Finally after 35 minutes and constantly asking for my food they said fine and whipped up my food in a minute. Terrible experience.

Last week I entered this location to order breakfast, was informed that the breakfast ended at 11am which I fully understand, this morning I went in at 10:45am to Oder a large meal for more than 10 people, and I was told that the breakfast ended at 10:45. False information twice.

Ok I’ll be honest about this location, the food is great the atmosphere is great and the staff aren’t some random teenagers who dont care and mess everything up, listen from all these reviews i’ve seen I can tell you that it is 100% impossible to have all the orders perfect especially when its usually busy so please cut some slack for the workers. (Also i recommend this location u shud definitely go)

It's a brampton owned location, you mobile order here 15 minutes before, show up and tell them you have a mobile order already paid for and you'll wait another 15 minutes on the spot waiting for them to make it instead of having it ready.

Food was decent at least, but what's the point of mobile orders when the brampton franchisees of all fast food places dont actually prep your order til you arrive...
