It's a brampton owned location, you mobile order here 15 minutes before, show up and tell them you have a mobile order already paid for and you'll wait another 15 minutes on the spot waiting for them to make it instead of having it ready.

Food was decent at least, but what's the point of mobile orders when the brampton franchisees of all fast food places dont actually prep your order til you arrive...

Was kinda appalled when I seen the workers today and they were switching roles handing cash as the people in front of us paid with physical money and then go immediately handle food right after touching fries and chicken which is absolutely a health violation for not washing hands

Been coming to this exact Wendy’s for 5+ years. I always ask for no cheese and everytime with out fail I get cheese. It’s gotten to a point where everyone in my family knows to pull over and check the burger for no cheese. On more than one occasion I have to go back in more than once because they mess up 3+ times. Sometimes they will get knew management and it will fix the problem for a month max, but never fully

Ordered a spicy chicken combo with no tomato, when asked what size we said small and were given the only option of medium or large. We know small is an option but let it go.
Got sandwich with a tomato, hardly any mayonnaise and a sliver of lettuce. (Took tomato off for photo to show the lettuce)
Chicken is thin as can be, dry and very little flavour.
Terrible experience.

These guys served me a raw chicken Asiago sandwich almost cost 20 bucks at the end of my shift hungry as hell and stuck on the highway being angry

Ordering in the drive thru is a stressful experience here in the mornings. Asked to add cheese to a sausage biscuit and they said they can't do that. Weird. Pushed a little and then they said they can do it lol. Afternoon staff seem to be more competent but service is pretty rude they just shove a pinpad at you without asking how you're paying, and they don't tell you a total or confirm the order unless you ask

However the food is always hot, fresh and packaged well and that's what I really go for

Poor service. Have to ask for napkins, straws, ketchups. Machine doesn’t scan my points and when I wanted to use my points for free nuggets, I can’t use them unless I buy something. During my 20min dine in, I did not see a smile for any customer and heard 3 complaints about their service.
