I don't know why I keep giving this place a 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th chance. Perhaps because I'm stuck in an arena and it's the only option, but I'll be walking across the street to the plaza if I need anything moving forward.
Time after time, the service is just horrendous. Today wasn't any different. I was with a larger party, and ordered my food and a beer from the bar. The lady who took my order asked me where I was and I pointed to the large group and she said she'll bring my food over as soon as it's ready. I went to check where my food was after an hour and 20 minutes. It was sitting on the bar (cold by this point), waiting to be delivered, but none of the staff had the wherewithall that the food had to be delivered after sitting right in front of them for an hour!
And then, I asked to pack the food up since it was cold anyways. And the lady used her bare hands (after handling payments with CC's and cash) to place my food into the to-go container.
That was it for me. On top of the terrible service and mediocre food, now I have to worry about food hygiene?! If she did that in the dining room/bar IN FRONT of customers, what in the world is happening in the kitchen???

How can a sports bar not show sports? Stanley cup playoffs and not on TV, because they can't change the channels. Food is average at best and service is horrible. So slow, not recommended

I Would leave zero stars if it was an option. The service and food was absolutely horrendous. The wings were tinier than I’ve ever seen in my life, and then nachos were absolute trash. I absolutely cannot Express my wonder of why they’re even still in business!!!!!!!!

After about 20 minutes of being completely ignored. 3 servers walking by and one working 2 tables over walked out...the bartender just staring and seeing us... no service...can't flag someone down because the servers walk with head and eyes straight forward. This was the 2nd and last try for this place...PLEASE LISTEN TO ALL THE REVIEWS...THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTE TRASH. honestly, I can't wait until they fold and someone else comes in that actually cares

The wings were good but this had to be the worst service I’ve ever seen. Say there for close to half an hour without a menu or even hello.. had to go to the bar to put our order in food came and not a single come back to our table . Wait another half and hour for someone to come by just to get the bill because god forbid waiting for another beer … had to go back to the bar just to get the bill again waited another 15 almost walked out multiple times.. wings are solid but this is the worst service I’ve ever seen by far

I can’t believe what just happen I go there with wife the food was not the way we asked ,the service was so bad they put our food on table then never come back the one serving us was not worried about us as she was doing shots with wat I would assume must of been her friends never give us fork or anything to eat with just a horrible experience

Took 15 mins for a server to come over, only because we asked the bar for someone. Ordered honey garlic boneless wings and fries. The fries were good, the chicken stone cold. No ketchup offered, One set of cutlery for 2 people. They didn’t come and check on us until we were done. Informed the waiter of issues, said sorry, here’s your bill lol. Never again just awful!

We play hockey at this Canlan facility every week, go to the Wild Wing every week, and won a $200 gift certificate last April 2022. We tried to use the certificate this April 2023 and were denied due to it being \"expired\". After tens of thousands of dollars spent, they can't honour a $200 cerficate that we won? And, legally, these cannot expire. I would highly recommend avoiding this place. Very dissapointing.

If I could give zero stars I would. Empty Tuesday at 5pmMy daughter is 4 years old and attends learn to skate at CanLan. We have been going for almost 2 months and yesterday was the 1st time we decided to try to have food/dinner here. It was empty, but the server forgot about our drinks and the order took forever!!! IWithout any explanation! I thoughtthis could become a nice little ritual between us but not after the terrible service last night. Plus my daughter is hungry so it did not help at all being here. I would not recommend this place at all. Whata disappointment.
