smh, worst experience ever!
I had Wingsup for the first time and i disliked it.
First, they had no items for a poutine.
They had no ketchup for my wedges.
I was not pleased. The hottest wings, were not even hot at all.

Got the chicken bites with wedges in honey garlic sauce. I would say they were okay, nothing too special. The service needs to be looked at as it only had 1 person working and she was visibly tired trying to manage everything by herself. It took about 15minutes to get mt food as she had to do everything herself.

The wings here were okay! the wings weren’t bad, just pretty average. The biggest issue was the wait time. There was only one person working, and she was clearly doing her best, but it was a lot for one person to handle. She was very polite, friendly, and kept a smile on her face the whole time, which I really appreciated. Still, the restaurant definitely needs at least two people on shift to keep things running smoothly. Overall, decent food and great service from the worker, but the long wait really brought the experience down.

No answer to the calls for delivery. Nothing is available. A month ago the place offered a different service amd taste.

I placed an order online, and waited for my food to arrive. The delivery time came and went. After 30 minutes, and the food still hadn’t arrived, I called the store. 7 minutes on hold, and no one answered.

The food is now 37 minutes late, so I decided to drive over to the store and see what was going on. When I got there, my food was just sitting there, and I was told the driver had not shown up. At this point, the food was 50 minutes late.

I took the food. Of course the wings were cold. I asked for a refund, but the owner was rude, and only gave me 60% of what I paid.

Do not order delivery. If you do, do not include a tip for the driver. I recommend you avoid delivery and pickup the food yourself.

My family and I are disappointed with the quality of service and quality of food with the new franchise owner of this location.

Numerous of issues occurred during our recent delivery order through their in house system and I hope Wings Up Head Office is aware of our dissatisfaction and will intervene with providing the necessary steps to improve the quality of service for this franchise for future customers.

What started with an underestimated wait time for our delivery order to the quality of our wings being refried, to being hung up on when we tried to call to explain our issues. We even visited the store to elaborate our disappointment in person and were greeted with a rude attitude by the employee and their reluctance to escalate our concern to their manager.

When the manager finally came to talk to us, he was apologetic and blamed the employee for “being new” and he did offer to remake our meal. However we asked for a refund as it was too late to make things right. To make matters worst, the manager was reluctant to refund our as it used it would take 6 days for it to process.

Poor customer service. I ordered via Door Dash and they have their own drivers and no delivery driver was available. My food was sitting cold for an hour and when I spoke them on the phone they said they gave the order to someone else. I asked them when are they making my order and they said “don’t worry ya ya, I make it” and hung up on me? I still do not know if my food is coming and apparently it was given to someone else.

This place is honestly ridiculous. They charged us $20 for a small box of just a handful of ‘bites’ and we were told it would feed 7 people? Some of the bites are just bits of flour and we ended up going elsewhere to get more food after. They need to fix their menu and offerings..I can’t see myself going back here

Out off all location only this location don't have lunch special sandwiches $9.99 combo ,when I asked them why, she said we are not making many of it so this location don't offer ,but my point is how come other location offer and they make many only this one not 🤔 ,it's a frencchoice, all location must be the same, owner of company (wingsup CEO)should consider all location should serve the same .iam a regular cx .
