An absolute gem in Oakville!

XIII Restaurant completely exceeded my expectations. Everything from the ambiance to the service and food was next level. The moment I walked in, I could tell this place takes pride in every detail.

A huge shoutout to Jaz, our waiter, who made the entire experience feel personal and effortless. Their energy, timing, and genuine care were top notch, the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again.

And Chef Michael, what an artist! Every dish was perfection, beautifully presented, perfectly balanced, and full of bold flavor. You can tell there’s passion and creativity behind every plate that comes out of that kitchen.

If you’re looking for a restaurant that delivers true fine dining with heart, XIII is it. Oakville is lucky to have this place. Can’t wait to come back!

Unbelievable. Jazz was our server! He was fantastic, very knowledgeable of the menu and helpful with suggestions. My boyfriend had the ribeye and I had the fettuccine along with multiple starts and sides. Everything was DELICIOUS and had a uniquely delicious flavor.

The vibe was perfect for us as well, we loved the speakeasy feel and the live music was lovely. Incredible talent.

We will definitely be coming back!

This is my favourite new restaurant. What a hidden gem. From the moment we walked in we were taken by the beautiful atmosphere and old fashioned feel. Jazz took such great care of us and the food and drinks were incredible. So favourful, so well done. Chef Michael really outdid himself with quality ingredients and uncomparable flavour. We can’t wait to go back.

Old Fashioned was a wonderful experience for my husband and I for our Anniversary. From the moment we sat down the service was exceptional, including a celebratory prosecco to start the celebrations thanks to them. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the live music of piano and singing was beautiful. The steaks were exceptional. I don't think we have ever had more delicious steaks. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting a nice romantic spot, or a higher end experience in a small intimate atmosphere.

Jaz, our service, was great. He made our experience next level. Excellent martini. Seafood pasta and lobster-stuffed chicken were both delicious. A definite do-over.

Had an amazing birthday celebration dinner with my son at XII Old Fashioned Restaurant. The atmosphere was fantastic — warm, lively, and welcoming. The owner, server, and bartender were all incredible and made our first visit truly memorable. We ordered the New York steak and ribeye, both cooked perfectly just as we asked. After dinner, we went to the bar for a few drinks, free cheese cake (btw was delicious) and really enjoyed the great service and friendly vibe. The live music added the perfect touch to the night. Definitely worth coming back — highly recommend this place!

Our first time dining here, and what a treat on a Tuesday!!! We made reservations just in case, and I would recommend making one (even for a table of 2) to ensure prime seating.

We sampled a few different cocktails, indulged in scallops and lamb lollypops, split the filet with multiple sides, and then still found room for dessert. Michael and staff made sure all of our dietary restrictions (gf/df) were met and provided a beautiful experience.

The space is cozy yet elegant, the food is masterfully crafted without being pretentious, and everything tasted better than expected. Thanks to all at XII for your hospitality, we can’t wait for our next visit to enjoy the live music!
