I’m honestly sad there isn’t an option to give zero stars, because I absolutely would. I was waiting to order at the drive-through, and they told me to pull into the left lane—even though there was no one else there. After making me wait for five minutes, they let two or three cars go ahead of me and didn’t even acknowledge me. When I mentioned it to the guy working up front, he was cold, unapologetic, and honestly unpleasant to talk to—definitely not someone who should be in customer service.
Eventually, I had to drive up to the pay window just to place my order because they never bothered to answer or take it at the drive-through. And after all that, they had the audacity to hand me the worst coffee known to mankind.

Worst Tim Hortons in the city.
Wait for 20 mins for them to stop taking orders as soon as you get to the counter to make pre-orders.
You'd think this is once? No this is every single morning. 10 mins in line, 10 mins waiting for coffee to be made.

Ordered choco chunk cookie , got a oreo cookie . This is the second time that happened to me . This staff sucks .
I went into the restaurant and everyone was cheerful and helpful. I had purchased 2 dozen smile cookies for work. They were very efficient. I also went through the drive-thru that week, it was quick and efficient.

Bad service. I understand this location is busy during lunch hour, but my order took literally 10 seconds to make and still had me waiting almost 20 minutes for it to arrive.
Asked for black iced coffee, no cream or sugar syrup, and they still put it in anyway.
They could not get my name right (it's very simple and short), so it left some confusion of who ordered what.

In line for ten minutes only to be served the wrong coffee. When I asked for the proper coffee I was met with a look of disgust from the employee. That was it for me. I won’t be back to that or any tim hortons ever again. So sad to see what’s become of this Canadian icon.

Been working in OldCastle for the last 31 years, used to use the Tim Hortons on Walker and 42. Once this opened up it had a few hiccups at the beginning but then became a great place to stop at before work. In recent years it's gone down hill, I have spoken with the manager a few times and I was nice about it and it may fix the problem for a week or two but I'm done. If you walk in you may as well be invisible as they don't respond to you. There is no friendly service and the place is starting to get dirty. The Tim Hortons I grew up with I finally realized is gone. Today was the last straw, I'm so tired of getting a coffee either wrong or just bad tasting. Imagine you drive out of your way to get a coffee only to receive a terrible tasting one. I use the phone app to make the transactions faster and easier for all. Once the amount of money is off my app I'll start using the coffee maker I'm ording and to be delivered tomorrow.

The drive through always takes too long, even if there is only a few cars
If I’m ordering something in the drive thru, why am I hearing someone that barely speaks English and cannot complete my order properly? Wouldn’t it make more sense to hire someone, working on an intercom that speaks English? Is this not Canada?
Garbage service. And the chicken was almost raw.
Front counter wasn't properly staffed to handle volume.
