i wish 0 stars was something i could do cause this timhortons plus some certain staff are outrageously rude and disrespectful. Me and my aunt came through the drive thru and got so much attitude from im guessing the indian girl, she was hearing opposite of what we were ordering and so my aunt was speaking up so she can hear properly and the lady screams “WHY ARE U YELLING AT ME” like tell me whos yelling at u. its not our issue your headsets are broken and we have to speak louder so you can understand . maybe your company should invest in better headsets. then when we were like can you make sure everything is right she says in the most attitude voice ever “can you just look at the screen yourself” this is outrageous. if you cant deal with drive throughs and customers maybe this job isnt for you???

Ordered cookies and donuts for pick up. Showed up 30 minutes after ordering and they didn't have any cookies - Manager tells me it will be another 10 minutes for the cookies, annoying, but fine. Cookies weren't ready for over 20 minutes!!! What's the point of ordering ahead? Waste of my time!
Parking: Parking lot was also too full at 2:10pm.

I was thankful to have such a great experience tonight. I went through the drive-thru with my usual enthusiasm and was surprised when I was MET with the same enthusiasm. I asked how the associate was, and they used a bright and cheery voice to respond. This is what I like during the holiday season! My iced capp was a perfect addition to my night. Thank you!

Very cheap restaurant.... I paid $4.95 for Potato wedges and they're asking one more dollars for the dipping sauce OMG Never ever pay At McDonald's Burger King, Arby's Harvey's even at Wendy's.They aren't good for the lunch.

I always take my tea with honey but they don’t carry it here. Honey literally never expires so I don’t really get why you wouldn’t have it here

I really don't like leaving negative reviews. However, I was frustrated with this one. Super slow. Only 2 other people were waiting for their food and both had ordered a sandwich, like us. It shouldn't take that long, especially when there were only a couple of people in the drive-thru.

Arguably the WORST tim Hortons in Windsor. Went in the other day, pre ordered 2 drinks on the mobile app for pick up. This was around 6am on a Sunday, so not busy at all. I walk in, and there’s 3 associates talking in the drive through service area. I proceeded to the counter and make eye contact with a lady who was clearly stood out of sight. When she saw me, she immediately ducted back into where she was standing and ignored me. I waited about 5 minutes before the next shift worker came in who asked if had been helped. i stated that i had not been helped, and i was waiting on 2 drinks. The new shift worker calls over the ladys talking and asked who was doing mobile orders. All of the current workers stared at her with a blank look!! The new worker held up a HUGE line of stickers on the printer that they were just ignoring. Please hire some competant, respectful people who will actually work. Between ill-prepared food, bad drinks, and lazy staff….go to McDonalds.
