Easily one of the worst locations in the city. Ridiculously slow service. Also wanted to note that when I worked at Tim's we always used an ice cream scoop for cream cheese and it's even a meme that Tim Horton's uses a LOT of cream cheese for their bagels. Maybe this location missed the memo but... does this really look like a whole scoop of cream cheese to literally anyone???

Tim Hortons has really gone down in standards they seem to not know how to make drinks, I order one thing and receive something totally different when I order a white Marble swirl hot chocolate and, I received a hot chocolate, topped with coffee beans, hard crunchy coffee beans. I have reserved the wrong order on multiple occasions, I do online orders so I can double check that I did indeed order the correct thing and it wasn’t my error when ordering but sadly usually get something different.

This place needs to train their staff on good old fashioned “friendly customer service”.I went inside to place an order as well as ask a question about redeeming points. There was no one else in line and I approached the till where a younger female worker ( blonde with a lot of white makeup and red lipstick) was entering information on the till. Without looking up at me she said “What do you want?” rudely as she made me feel I was bothering her. So I didn’t answer to give her a moment to finish what she was doing. She looked at me and I told her I could wait till she was done. Then she told me she was on her break. So I told her to bring someone else if she wanted. She called out for someone else and she wasn’t very much more friendly as she must have been interrupted from doing something else. I just can’t believe that this would be acceptable and I never complain but today I just needed to. This interaction was very upsetting to me and actually ruined my day. Perhaps more training on how to speak to a customer is very much needed. Next time I may not be as patient with this person if I encounter her again.

You have 2 long lines, wait forever to get your food. They repeat what you're ordered. They repeated at the window. They write on your thing exactly what you ask for and if you ask for it to you usually get coffee. I asked for AB. L. T sub I didn't get any bacon. No lettuce. No tomato, all I got on. There was chicken and some other. Look like pork taste like pork. I didn't get what I asked for this happens all the time

Wrong coffee, attendant was rude and impatient, refused to scan my card, and this has happened 3x less than a month at the Erie st n location. Special order with no eggs came with eggs and I'm allergic. Notification to the manager and no response after 3weeks.

Ordered on mobile app.A BLT with double bacon, no lettuce, and an iced capp made with choc milk.BLT had normal bacon and lettuce, and ice capp with cream.I worked there 8 yrs... I promise you it's not that hard to read the screen or listen when somebody orders!Day shift at this location is pretty decent... Any other shift, keep driving til you hit a different location!Terrible
