Horrible experience.
Food was wrong didn’t fix it when i went back it was burnt cold and it took 9 minutes in drive through.
Horrible.
Awful in every way.... New owners I think.
I love A&W, however the Orangeville location is nasty dirty and the staff are slow. The place needs a competent Manager, staff that know how to be friendly, prompt and accurate. I hope the Head office sees this post and either takes steps to clean the place up of sadly shut it down. I have left similar comments on the survey system that's in the restaurant. I left my contact details and asked to be contacted by Management...do you think anyone did? Nope...sure hope they clean...read full review
