I recently went to the Chuck's in Orangeville and I was severely disappointed.I've been going to my local (London, Wellington St) Chuck's every other week for the past 3 years. I'm a fan of their menu and figured it would be the same or similar.Not even close!I ordered the sirloin (medium rare) surf and turf with caeser salad. The steak was blue and barely cooked, my salad barely had dressing, the corn was cold but the lobster was decent. My companions had similar experiences with their food too.Our server barely stopped to check on us.Out of all the empty tables, they sat us next to a birthday party with lots of loud children.The only thing that was good was dessert but I think that's hard to mess up!Don't waste your money! Not all Chuck's are created equally!

I’m glad that i am leaving a positive review. I over heard manager speaking by the named something Mit or mitch. Customer was very aggressive towards the manager and it seemed like he just wanted free food from the business by complaining. The manager was trying to get more information from the table but they were no cooperating with him. Anyways, great service by Britney.

I've known about Chuck's for a long time but never really went there until friends recommended the steak, so I gave it a try and was delightfully impressed. For the price, it ranks up there comparable to many more pricier options. Their apps and kids meals were also on point.

Great food! Atmosphere is also great and the Manager by the name of G went above and beyond to make a friend that is visiting Canada for the first time a memorable one lol. He is very friendly and approachable. We will definitely go back to this location. Apps are half prize after 9pm , you won’t be disappointed!. They have a drink on the menu called Cactus Flower Sangria… try it, but maybe with a double as I found it need a bit more liquor. you will love it :)
