Stopped in for 2 beers after work. Paid my tab with an 18% gratuity (on top of a 3% hidden fee) and not even a thank you from the bartender. Have your crew watch The Bear. Serving is a privilege not a job.
Great service, amazing food!
Great food. Great steak cooked perfectly and our waitress was awesome. Taylor was her name.

Based on the reviews, Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill is a wonderful restaurant that welcomes all families in the booths. The vibe is chill, like a family cottage. The food includes items like the crispy chicken sandwich, the rib and wing dinner, a burger, and the Philly cheese steak, which were all amazing. The bread pudding is a popular dessert. A drink called the pineapple 2shots or 1gill is described as wonderful, not too sweet and not too sour. The restaurant offers very good value with plenty of food and variety for low prices during promotional periods. Service is a highlight, with attentive and helpful bartenders and servers who have personality plus. One server named Lorna provided great service and laughs, and another server named Lorena gave next-level service with an amazing and fun personality. The restaurant gets busy on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, but overall it is a good time. The people are nice and helpful, making it a great place for those who are shy.
