Generally don’t do fast food but, went through the drive through and to my amaze I got a very nice greeting in English with excellent service to match. Very polite young people working in this location. A breath of fresh air! I hate drive thru generally as it’s always the same, I can’t understand and for sure I got the wrong order. Well done Dairy Queen Orangeville.

Probably the best fast food joint in town.
The girls here are always friendly and most importantly the food is consistent and the turn around for food is great, never have I been asked to pull around and wait or go back because my order was wrong.
Really highlights just how horrible the rest of the in town fast food restaurants are staffed and operating.

I dont know if the owner is feeding the staff ecstasy on their breaks, but this is without question the best DQ ive ever been to. Food quality is always crazy fresh, staff are insanely courteous and professional, everyone needs a raise

I got two blizzards here, asked for coconut, peanuts and pineapple in it. The server said a Hawaiian? I said sure... I don't know if that's what they call it.. I just want the toppings I am requesting. What did I get? Banana, coconut, pecans and pineapple😳 No thanks. I went back the following day to have it rectified, told them I only want the 3 toppings... she wrote it down on the metal counter top with a black marker... What did I get? Coconut, Pineapple, & Pecans😳

Is it that hard to have 3 items, pineapple, coconut & PEANUTS?

Dairy Queen is my family’s favourite spot, this store is exceptional with a nice seating area and a cool fish tank the kids love going there. Food options are well are reason priced and ice cream is always great. Staff is super friendly and provide excellent service.

Absolutely no complains. I have visited this location weekly for Yeats and always experience the best service. I've never had my order incorrect, always fast fresh, hot and delicious. Thank you to the management and staff for a job well done.

The food is always really good bout the same price you’d pay at McDonald’s across the stress except you can actually be full haha, limited interactions w the staff to be honest.
